Hale Kotsubo was a dream come true. It was just perfect for our family to enjoy the Sakura season. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The Karaoke was amazing! The location is fantastic and the Host was great!! We will definitely be staying again!

Absolutely gorgeous view of the harbor and the sunrise. Walking distance to almost very thing on the island. We only stayed for one night and wish we had at least a week more. Really cool place and a perfect vibe for the setting.

予約から宿泊日当日まで、質問には即返信いただき非常に親身に対応していただけました。 チェックインや注意事項記載の資料もわかりやすくまとまっており、宿泊までのストレスが一切ありません。 お部屋も綺麗で設備が充実しており、楽しんで宿泊できました。 周辺についても環境が良く、 徒歩1分ほどで海岸に着くため、遊泳、マリンスポーツやバーベキューなどをされる方にも良いと思います。 ただし、部屋が2階に位置しており入口まで若干狭い階段を登る必要があるので大きなボードなのどは部屋に入れることができないことに注意してください。 お部屋に関する不満等は一切ありません。 非常に気持ちよく利用することができました。

It was easy to get to and a 10 minute walk to the station and 15 to the beaThe rooms were large and clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. We really enjoyed our stay and I would use it again if my family came to visit.

友人6人と利用しました。プロジェクターや足湯、温泉など楽しめるものが多く一泊だけではもったいない程の充実感でした。お部屋もとても綺麗で安心でした。

コンロが使用出来なかった際、迅速に対応していただき、助かりました。 また部屋も広く、BBQやカラオケ、ビールがついていて最高でした。

2 minute walk from Gora, the SmartVilla was a great place to stay for a few nights while we explored Hakone. All the amenities required for a comfortable stay and more. The onsen and sauna was perfect and the beds and tatami were comfortable. The carpark was closeby as well. Would stay here again.

小さい子供を連れた3世帯で宿泊しました。 歯ブラシなど子供用のアメニティを用意してくださっており助かりました。 スマホの充電器も置いてあり心配りを感じました。 施設内は写真通りで清潔感があり広々していて素晴らしかったです。 特に温泉が最高でした。 シャンプー類がオーガニックで 化粧落としや洗顔料も完備されていて 女性に嬉しいサービスだと思いました。 また利用させていただきたいです。

紹介されている写真通りのロケーションで、お家から見える海の景色が素敵でした。内装もとても綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができました。また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。

Loved staying here! 10/10 will stay again in the future. Most beautiful and clear views of Mt. Fuji towering over Lake Ashi. Hot springs in the condominium was amazing - used it a lot. Having the sulfur springs right in the house was amazing - super private and most relaxing. Loved every peaceful moment. Very clean place with lots of amenities. Highly recommend the place to stay with friends or family. Spacious and easy to access and within a minute walk of the lake. Thank you so much for the stay!

Wonderful wonderful host was amazing even met us on site to assist letting in also stocked Complete fridge for food and breakfast with later arrival we couldn't have asked for any more simple instructions on equipment. Also was kind enough to give us a personal tour but more importantly, the children were so hungry we did arrive very late, fridge and freezer fully stocked up with bread cereal eggs all fresh products including fruit absolutely an amazing coast kept us inform of the weather and gave good indication when we would be able to see the most luxurious home more stocked up than most hotels with Bathroom down to the smallest things of a hair bobbles for when you're using the sauna Plenty of towels would have been able to ask for a better stay only issue we wish we stayed longer thank you so much for all that you did for myself and children. It was very very very much appreciated. Will look forward to coming back next year. Take care

Largely great stay! Place is as described and the host was perfectly communicative, helpful and flexible, great host. Home is beautiful and the location is wonderful, a quiet / residential area (with embassies, expats) but very close to Azubu and Hiro-o subways and shopping and dining etc. Just be aware that the home is unique, referred to by my co-traveler as a 'concrete palace' which seems apt. As others have mentioned, tight spiral stairway up to 4F may not be for everyone. And some weird quirks, like the shower, sink and toilet (4F) all in different spots, seems more designed for form rather than function. Also the concrete needs some work (esp 4F shower, as the host is aware and communicated about) and updating in a few places. Might be hard to live in long-term but made for a wonderful 4N stay overall (as long as you're ok with the stairs etc). Bonus ride to NRT was a nice touch, thank you

鎌倉、江ノ島方面も横須賀方面も楽しめて、すぐ横の砂浜をのんびりと散歩もできる素晴らしいロケーションでした。 室内も見栄え良く整っていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。 リビングダイニングから海が見えますのでお料理していても食事をしていても景色を楽しめました。 プールとお風呂がつながっていたり、リビングの床の一部がガラスでプールを見れたりもするので子どもも喜んでくれました。 こちらを選んでよかったです。ありがとうございました。

漁港、ビーチに近く大変便利。かわいい外観のお洒落な一軒家でした。

急遽決まった旅行で、ギリギリに予約したのですが初めから最後までずっと丁寧に迅速にホストの方が案内してくださったので安心して楽しむことができました✨ 設備が最高すぎたのはもちろん、説明もわかりやすくて助かりました。 プール、サウナ、BBQなどの設備はもちろん、寝室やお風呂、キッチン、洗濯乾燥機諸々全部キレイで余すことなく活用させていただきました♩ あっという間すぎて、一瞬だったので今度はアーリーチェックインなどお願いしてもっと長く過ごしたいです🥰 チェックアウト時、清掃（？）の方ともお会いしましたがみなさん対応が素晴らしく、最後まで気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました🌿 本当にありがとうございました！
