Guy’s “little house on the river” has a GREAT location with amazing views. The backyard is very spacious and right by the river. Lots of wildlife and Guy left binoculars which were fun to use. The wrap around porch was charming, home was clean. The area also felt very private, yet everywhere we needed to go was very close. No complaints! It’s so peaceful, we look forward to staying again to make use of the kayak ramp. One of my favorite Airbnb’s thus far!

You would be hard pressed to find a more perfect location. Walking distance to all that Geneva has to off yet in a quiet, neighborhood. Fantastic!

The property served our needs perfectly, especially with the fenced in back yard for our 2 dogs. There are plenty of options for food in the area as well. Any concerns were also quickly addressed by the property manager.

Kellie's home in Geneva was perfect for us. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, was very clean and had a great layout. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

Ninna made my family stay feel like home, she was very attentive on text and she would text me if she hadn’t heard from me. The house was amazing I just wish the weather was better to enjoy the outside but that’s something she could not control, I would defiantly be staying here again.

This was our first time renting an Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great home, conveniently located in the Geneva/St Charles area. The home is spacious, with upgrades throughout, beautifully decorated, comfortable and exceptionally clean! The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy an extended stay for our adult family. There is also a finished walk out basement area with a nice gathering or play area for families with small children. The host Stephanie was very responsive and considerate to our unique needs, and check in and check out instructions were simple. The house is everything as listed and described, it was a good home base for us visiting family in the Fox Valley area over the holidays. Highly recommend this house and Stephanie as a host. We would stay here again.

My family and I had such a fun time here for a week visiting family for Easter break. We’re from the city and we loved mchenry and how it was close to so many shops for breakfast, dinner. Ice cream, laundry etc. We were also very close to family and church. Lovely neighborhood with a park across the street. Plenty of room in the apt for my kiddos to run around. I particularly loved that the floors and doors weren’t squeaky and made noise. This is our bi-yearly place from now on.

Lori’s place was very nice, clean and cozy. The bed and the sofa were super comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with the essentials. We felt comfortable and right at home. The game changer was the breakfast items and snacks that were available for us to eat. The fresh farm eggs, English muffins, OJ, milk, cereal, granola bars, butter, condiments and much more was a very kind and unique touch for an Air BnB. Oh and I can’t forget about the lovely note left for us wishing us a great stay and a Happy Anniversary. My husband and I felt right at home at Lori’s place 🥰❤️🥰

Great work out facility and pool still needs some work but depending on your length of stay and needs it worked well for me

We LOVED staying with Bruce & Pam and their property is amazing. They were very welcoming hosts, took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay, and even went out of their way to accommodate our toddler with a high chair. They were wonderful on their own and their waterfront property was perfect for our young family. They have their own private beach with access to their paddle boards & firepit, have a swing set that was perfect for our toddler, and are also just a short walk to the additional community beach down the road & Wonder Lake Marina. We were able to rent a boat through the Marina and it was perfect for a fun day on the water with easy access to walk to/from the boat rental. Perfect stay, perfect hosts, and wonderful property. You won’t regret your stay for a private trip as a couple and also perfect for families with children.

good neighborhood, good host, good value

I loved this little place, so clean and well cared for. The bathroom floor was amazing and the heated towel rack wonderful. I would definitely try to stay there again if we ever go back to that part of Illinois again. Thank you Andy!

Sehr schönes kleines Haus in toller Lage, fußläufig zu Downtown Saint Charles und zum Fluss. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Erreichbarkeit von Brooke bei gleichzeitig reichlich Privatsphäre geschätzt. Brooke war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die für unsere Ankunft spät in der Nacht das Licht im Haus angelassen hat - ein kleines Detail, aber wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Check-in war hervorragend erläutert und super einfach. Brooke war immer erreichbar und kommunikativ und hat alle Fragen während unseres Aufenthalt geduldig und schnell beantwortet. Wir haben den Ausblick auf den Fluss vom Schlafzimmer oben aus sehr genossen und uns an den Enten im Garten erfreut. Die Möglichkeit ein kleines home away from home zu haben, hat unseren Aufenthalt in Saint Charles bereichert und wir würden das Haus (auch für vier Personen) Wärmstens empfehlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Wir würden uns freuen irgendwann erneut in dieses kleine Juwel einchecken zu dürfen.

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Chain O’ Lakes Beach Penthouse and would definitely recommend it! The lake view from the large upper deck was stunning—sunsets over the water were a real highlight. The space was clean, matched the listing, and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. There was even plenty of propane for the grill and fire table, which made hanging out in the evening really enjoyable. Even though the unit is above a beach bar, it wasn’t a problem. The music added a fun energy without being disruptive, and the vibe downstairs actually made the place feel lively in a good way. The neighborhood itself was quiet and welcoming, and even the neighbors were friendly. We appreciated the little touches like board and card games, and communication with the host was smooth—quick responses and easy check-in made everything simple. This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway with a social atmosphere nearby. We'd happily stay again!

The place was beautiful the architecture was amazing. The place was cozy felt right at home. The indoor fireplace was great and the big screen tv was a plus. Highly recommend. The owner was very nice even let us have a late check out with no extra cost.

Beautiful place to camp with the kids. I loved how friendly the staff and other campers were. It was so nice to be able to see the park, jump pad and activities from the porch of our cabin. An amazing way to camp with kids and have peace and tranquility close to home.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay for our girls trip. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck, firepit and hot tub. We were only a 10-minute drive to the store if we needed anything. We are looking forward to our next stay we have booked this summer so we can enjoy the inground pool! Thank you!

Super comfy beds. Gorgeous surroundings. Cathy communicated right away to answer my questions. This is a great place for groups. My husband and I go to bed earlier than our adult children so they were able to hang out in the basement and not keep us awake. Lots of games and just such a beautiful place to relax!

Hosts were very nice, they did a special thing for Valentine’s Day that I asked for (actually, they did more then I was expecting!). Communication was very good and they were very attentive to everything. I love it and I’m definitely going back on summer!

The place is amazing. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Looking forward to coming back next time.
