Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

Amazing stay! This place has everything you need for both short and long visits. The location is extremely safe and convenient with shops within walking distance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire property, especially the game room and TV room which were perfect for entertainment. Moiz, the host, was very kind and quick to respond to any needs we had. Thank you for everything! We would definitely stay here again

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Deirdre’s home! It’s a gorgeous property with lots of charm and space, and so many great amenities (theater room, claw foot bathtub, Sonos speakers, ample parking, etc.). Deirdre was also very responsive throughout the process and even helped us with a more flexible checkout time. Absolutely recommend visiting her home, we’re already wishing for another trip!

Stayed here the night before my wedding with my siblings who stayed the night of the wedding. We hosted our getting ready portion here for the morning of the wedding and Olinka and Daniel were gracious enough to allow us to stay in their beautiful home. We recently moved backed to the Chicagoland area from Texas. We needed a place to stay while our Chicago home was being renovated. Lily’s place was perfect. It had everything we needed for the duration of our extended stay. It was well appointed. Exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities necessary for our family to live comfortably and it was close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Chicago. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the backyard — it’s beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the bonfire area in the evenings, which made for such a cozy vibe. The theatre room was also a fantastic bonus — perfect for movie nights with great sound and seating. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun getaway!

The property served our needs perfectly, especially with the fenced in back yard for our 2 dogs. There are plenty of options for food in the area as well. Any concerns were also quickly addressed by the property manager.

Kathleen was an incredible host and the home was exactly what we were looking for. Her kind demeanor also made this trip an ease as we were traveling with our doggie. We will absolutely be staying here again as we come to Geneva often.

Bob & Beth were absolutely wonderful hosts! The place looked even better in person than the pictures published. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and stores. They were super responsive to our needs and barely had to ask them for much because the place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and clear instructions to go along with it. An incredible stay and 100% would stay again!

What an amazing house!! I’ve stayed in Air B&B’s a lot, but nothing like this. The house was beyond gorgeous and Hank went above being a host by supplying coffee, tea,water and snacks. Even s’more’s supplies! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortably, and Hank was there in a second to answer and questions if one popped up. I can’t wait to rent this house again. What a fabulous place and host

The place was great! We were grateful to be able to check in a little early! The air hockey table wasn’t quite working and they sent someone out the next day — so we got to enjoy it during our stay! They were super responsive and proactive and it was a beautiful cozy place to stay in Elgin near our family. I’d definitely book again!

the airbnb had everything our group of 9 needed for our bachelorette weekend. The house is located on a corner with the front facing a busy road, so road noise was pretty loud. The kitchen had all the things we needed and our group had plenty of room to spread out. There was a lot of room for parking in the driveway which was great.

Justin's family home is in a very nice historic neighborhood. Within 1 mile of Elgin downtown historic district. The residential area has many magnificent homes/classic architecture that are extremely well manicured. There are also some properties in transition. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. We rented here for our daughter's June wedding at Brix on Fox as this was the closest home of decent size for us to stay for 6 days. The bridal party spent 6 hours on the wedding day getting ready at the house and there is ample room for this. There were 4 bedrooms available and we only used 2 of them, master and another with a king bed. The 2 bathrooms are very good. Justin was very clear that they are in the process of remodeling themselves and having done that in my younger days I can appreciate the house not being perfect. Definitely a 4 of 5 star summary. Will be a 5 someday, with a little more work! Beautiful garden in the back yard.

In the heart of historic St. Charles, close to fantastic restaurants and entertainment. All within walking distance of the house. The house had everything we needed, super comfy beds. Looks exactly like the photos and was described perfectly in the listing. Fenced in yard for our pupper. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The location was close to our family and friends. Will definitely be back.
