Amazing spot on the water - close to good food and bars. Plenty of activities to do and lots of space in the house.

Linda is such a great host. She was very quick to respond to questions before I booked and the one question I had after getting into the house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Tons of games scattered throughout including ping pong, putting, foosball, and a poker table. The fully fenced in yard was great for the dog. I highly recommend Linda and this house.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The photos represented the actual house very well. Everything in the house was neat and clean as well. Nikki was very responsive to any questions we had and worked to accommodate us as much as possible. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

Wonderful homes that allowed us to celebrate Christmas together. We want to come back in the summer.

Highly recommended. We loved our stay in Jodi's cottage apartment. It was perfect for our 3-night stay. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked and beautifully adorned with Jodi's pottery. The location provided a peaceful retreat in a beautiful neighborhood but with easy access to the Southpark and Strawberry Hill areas. Thank you Jodi! **We recommend these nearby dinner spots: Superica for the best TexMex and margaritas (made without syrups - only fresh limes!); Southern Pecan Gulf Coast Kitchen for a very unique and delicious take on southern food. We were there on a Thursday and the handcrafted cocktails were only $10.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the essentials to thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. This stay was awesome! Quinsia was so responsive and kind whenever we had questions for her. The location was brilliant and the space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed! It’s an easy walk to bars, food, museums, and we felt safe the whole time! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

I've stayed here several times for work and it is a perfect stay every time. Quiet and relaxing. It is always my first choice.

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

Our group certainly enjoyed our stay! We were within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to experience while in Charlotte. The home was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We certainly would book again if we were to visit Charlotte again!

Amazing house with so much to do. The house is nicer than even the photos could relay, something not typical of rental properties. We had an amazing long weekend and wish we could have stayed longer.

If I could rate Gene and Connie's place higher than 5 stars, I would! My husband and I have stayed at several Airbnbs, and this was the BEST, by far. It was the perfect spot for peace and relaxation. The surroundings were magical!

This was our second trip to Christy’s place. That should tell you everything you need to know. It is super clean. Beautiful and remote but all the comforts of home. Great property!

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway right on the water. The hosts were very responsive and equipped the house with everything you could need. They provided a fire pit, grill, kayaks, and canoes which were perfect activities given the weather. There are houses nearby but it still felt like we had our privacy. We would definitely rent this house again and come back to Lake Norman!

We had a fabulous time on the lake. We will definitely have to stay longer next time.
