One of the highlights of our 15 days Japan trip. I was looking for an authentic Japanese style home and reasonably easy to access public transport. This property is perfect. It was like right out of Doraemon. The wooden architecture, tatami flooring, 2 sit out areas with modern amenities like good 24 hrs hot shower and bath tub was a cool find for us. Wish we stayed there for more duration. Walkable to grocery store, 7 eleven, mall and metro. Highly recommend!!

Stay here, you won't regret it! Lovely place, easy to get to by car and awesome host who's cheerfully helpful! I could see it getting a little cold especially during winter, however, the heating options are extensive and more than adequate, we found.

この民宿は敷地が広く、景色がとても綺麗です。ゆったりとした空間で、心からリラックスできます。お部屋も清潔感があり、設備も整っているので、とても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々も親切で、温かいおもてなしを受けました。また利用したいと思います。

在西成區比較老區，單車代步人好多，駕車要留意，如果提供Map code會更方便易找，有泊車位如果是大架車要留意車位較迫，房間有4間都是雙人床，床鋪床單舒服，有一間地墊床褥較軟，有提供拖鞋牙刷同毛巾.廚房煮具只有一個煎pan和煮公仔麵煲，飯煲同微波爐餐具齊備. 晚上留意聲浪隔音不太理想,電視機沒有天線接收沒有任何頻道可以睇，要自己有Netflix或YouTube 帳戶才能有娛樂. 如果有老人家要留意三間房間在3樓要行多層樓梯. 整體都理想.

初めてのヴィラでしたが、オーシャンビューで綺麗すぎる整ったお家に泊まることができて非日常な体験ができました♩ホストのノリコさんも、事前のメールのやりとりや当日の説明などとても親切にして頂きありがとうございました！

대가족이 오사카에서 여행하는데 방이 많은 숙소가 필요했습니다. 사진대로 방도 많고 침대도 많아서 문제없이 이용할 수 있었어요. 특히 침구가 쾌적해서 청결에 예민한 사람들이 편하게 사용할 수 있다는 점에서 추천드립니다. 궁금한 게 있으면 바로바로 답장을 해주는 점이 외국인에게는 안심하며 이용할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 오사카에 다시 간다면 한번 더 이용할 의사가 있을 정도로 만족했습니다. 숙소 주변에 마트, 드럭스토어, 편의점이 있는게 정말 큰 장점이라고 생각합니다. 잘 지내다 갑니다~

チェックイン時もアウト時もとても親切にして下さり、港から車で送っていただいたりと、すごくお世話になりました！ 景色もすごく綺麗で、素敵な休暇を過ごせました。また岡山に行く機会があったら泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！

Lovely time at Kyoto House! A really fun space, mix of classic Japanese and western style. The doorways are a little low if you’re tall but really no complaints. Would stay again!

9人での滞在でお部屋を探しておりました。海も近くおしゃれでとても素敵なお家でした。BBQを計画しておりまして、立派なコンロもあり外に冷蔵庫もあり快適に楽しいBBQができました。 テレビも大画面で、迫力あるゲームを楽しむことができました。お風呂も広くこんな生活が毎日できたらなと思いました。

Excelente localização. Casa muito bonita e tradicional, com excelentes comodidades e detalhes de requinte. O dono foi sempre muito atencioso e cooperante em tudo. Adoramos!!!

The home is situated near the river and is next to a lot of restaurants. The home itself is very modern, Japanese style, minimal, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches throughout. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. We really enjoyed being close to the water and having so many dining options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

ロケーション抜群で、周囲にたくさん美味しい店もあり、夜中まで営業しているレストランもあるので、仲間内での滞在におすすめです！

This home is beautiful. It’s been recently renovated and it looked, felt and smelled new. The decoration and furnishings were really lovely. It’s in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes from the main shopping and sightseeing area, 10-15 minute walk to station and 3 stops to Kawaramachi markets. It comfortably fits 7 people in 3 different bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Appliances and tableware were all high end. It doesn’t have closets in the bedrooms, just a couple of hangers, which seems to be common in Japan hotels. Shogo, our host, was very friendly, super communicative and helpful. Also very generous with his hospitality. This place is not in the middle of the busy sightseeing areas, but it’s relatively central and easy to get to places with public transport. There are also some shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Very cozy and spacious, and equipped with everything we needed.

自然の中と海も見えてすごく素晴らしい景色とサウナ、ジャグジーなどの設備もすごく良かった。 子供も楽しめる場所でヤギと散歩できたりなかなか体験できないことも良かったです。 なによりスタッフの方たちがすごくいい人ばっかりで至れり尽くせりですごく助かりました。 是非また行きたいと思えるところでした。 この度はありがとうございました。

Karen's place was perfect for our group of 8, with 4 bedrooms to accommodate everyone across 2 floors.. The interior was nicely done up in a modern Japanese style, and the amenities ample to serve our needs given the place is designed to hold 2 separate groups of 4 persons if required, with individual kitchenettes and washing machines. Self check-in instructions were clear and to the point which certainly made for a fuss-free experience. And having the bus stop and subway 2 and 5 mins away respectively made it difficult to find fault with this location.

很不错的一次入住体验，有四个房间，适合朋友或者家族旅行，唯一一点不足之处如果入住人多的话，洗手间和浴室只有一个，使用的话没有那么方便。其他设施和环境都非常好。

It was easy to find and had a massive car park. The house is new, very clean, spacious, and warm during winter. The backyard is huge and securely fenced, so you can let your dog run around without any concerns whatsoever. If you're planning to visit with a dog, this place is perfect. Even without a pet, the secure outdoor area is something to truly enjoy. I would highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to take advantage of the BBQ area in summer, so I’ll definitely be going back!

在海边的独栋别墅住宅，能看到大海。 非常宽敞的客厅和卧室，浴室也很宽敞明亮。有2个卫生间，8个人入住也不会拥挤。 房东让我们提前入住了，入住手续便捷。还介绍了周边的商业设施和温泉。非常好的房东。 以后有机会还会来入住。 非常推荐。

素晴らしい自然の中でとてもいい施設でした。対応もよかったです。

ロケーション最高です！ BBQが2階なのもプライベート感があり、良かったです！間取りも使いやすく、また新しく綺麗でした。 また利用したいです。

ファミリーで訪れました。バーベキュー、焚き火、ハイジのようなブランコ、ハンモック、海の景色も最高で、楽しめました。施設も清潔で、安心です。 ありがとうございました。 大型車は、運転の技術がかなり必要です。

작년에도 방문했었는데, 너무 좋아서 가족들과도 다시방문했습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋고, 모든게 완벽한 숙소입니디. 다만 조금 불편한 부분은 샤워가 1곳이라는것입니다. 10명 인원이 샤워하는것만 조금 불편했는데, 미리 시간을 정해서 사용하였습니다, 바베큐도 멋졌고, 침구도 정말 깨끗했습니다. 다음에는 여름에 와서 수영장 이용해보고싶습니다. 세심하게 배려된 숙소에서의 여행은 정말 여행의 성공에 제일 중요한 부분입니다. 너무 행복한 시간 보내고 갑니다
