Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

This is great place to stay for KU parents!! Campus is super close and everything is within a 5 minute drive or a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

I was in town for a conference near campus and this was the perfect place to stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished. Very tasteful decor. Extremely comfortable. Victoria was an outstanding host. Friendly, responsive, and her directions were clear and easy to follow. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.

Beautiful space. Clean and soft linens. This space is next to an active night life scene and was a little noisy. We expected this at the time of booking and we were prepared with a small sleep sound machine. Awesome place, will book again in the future.

Cute and cozy!!! This condo has amazing views of nature from the living room. This space was the perfect size and had everything I needed. Very welcoming of Kip, my Yorkie! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Lawrence for fun or business. I was able to get some work done on my computer at the well lit dining room table. Space is quiet and I appreciated the private and covered parking space since it was a rainy day.

One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Also the beds are one of the most comfiest beds I’ve laid on. Will definitely be booking at least one out of the few airbnbs they have listed!

Lauren was a wonderful host . Her place was spotless and exactly as pictured. She answered any questions quickly and even checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay . She also left some delicious treats. We will definitely recommend her and we will book here when we come back to visit. EXCELLENT AND AN EXCEPTIONAL HOST.

Great place! Clean and in nice quiet neighborhood. Location worked great for us as was literally down the road from family. Melanie responded immediately when my tech un-knowledgeable self couldn’t figure out the door lock.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley‘s place. It’s a great walkable spot to all of our favorite places on Massachusetts Street. It was nice and cozy and a great place for us to relax when we came home for the night.

Ashley’s place was amazing and she is so accommodating. So close to many restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and will certainly come back!

Good location and easy to find. On the third floor so if you are not able to use the stairs it might not be a good fit for you.

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

We were pleased with the appearance & cleanliness of the condo on arrival. If you're a wildcat fan the decor is definitely the right color! The space was perfect for our family. We had most everything we needed: Including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen was pretty well stock and there was a cute basket of goodies for us to enjoy. We were able to walk to our tailgate and to the stadium which is a huge plus given the cost of parking and the extra traffic on game days. The parking was a little bit of a challenge for our group because we had four vehicles and when our kids visited sometimes we had 6 so we were playing a shuffle game with the 2 parking passes. Nothing we didn't know when we booked the condo. We all had an absolutely wonderful stay. The beds were comfy and the towels were nice and thick the way I like them. The showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water for 8 of us. I just don't know how our stay could have been improved upon. Thanks!
