Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Die Scheune ist direkt umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen, verfügt über einen großen loftartigen Wohn- Schlaf- und Essbereich mit grosser Terrasse zum Garten und zum Natur-Schwimmteich hin. Ein 2 Personen Schlafzimmer, angrenzend an die voll ausgestattete Wohnküche ermöglicht den Aufenthalt von insgesamt 4 Personen. Abgehend vom Flur erschliesst sich der grosszügige Saunabereich inklusive Duschbad und WC. Eine Fenstertür ermöglicht von dort aus den direkten Austritt in den Aussenbereich.

Zauberhafte Fischerkate in Maasholm, Wohnung "Luv"

Im Ortskern von Maasholm Dorf steht eines der ältesten Häuser (ca 1728 erbaut). Zwei Jahre wurde es restauriert und kombiniert jetzt den Charme der historischen Fischerkate mit modernem Komfort. Dabei entstanden zwei Maisonettwohnungen mit viel Privatsphäre und Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Erdgeschoss besticht mit seiner charakteristischen, sichtbaren Holzdecke (2 Meter bis 2,2 Meter) und hellen, freundlichen Räumen. Das Obergeschoss wurde "luftig" bis zum Dachfirst geöffnet.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Reetdorf Malerhaus Eisnebel

The Malerhaus Eisnebel opens up completely new holiday possibilities with the Malerhaus Nebeltreiben next door. Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. A fireplace, sauna and spacious terrace with a teak seating area and private sunbathing area are just some of the feel-good oases in this wonderful painter's house.

Views of Ses, Sydals and to Ærø and Germany. Living room with double sofa bed (200*125cm) Alcove with double bed (200*135cm.) Garden with lawn, sea view and garden table. Backyard with lawn. The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
