We had a fantastic stay on Leisure Isle. The house is well equipped and ideally located! The host, Elma, is great. She went out of her way to provide us with a wonderful stay! She continuously checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! The property comes with loads of sporting equipment for visitors to use. This makes it extra fun for kids! I can strongly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Leisure Isle and Knysna. Thanks Elma for making our stay so memorable!

I would love to say our stay was terrible and keep this amazing spot a secret, but it was stunning! Diane and guest support team were amazing! Our short stay was fill of discovery really thoughtful little touches: Easter eggs on bed, calming music playing as arrived, bag of wood complimentary, marshmallows and skewers in cupboard, cold water in fridge etc.

Second time back and this is 100% a little home away from home for me. Cottage has everything you need for a short term stay, clean, private, the area is quite and the hosts are amazing - let's not forget that Indie, the hosts fur baby, is the star of the show, always respectfully checking in on you 🥰. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Michèle en hebben ook de kans gekregen kennis te maken met haar liefdevol gezin. De plek zit zo’n 4km rijden van de N2 hoofdweg op een grintweg. Met een kleine wagen rij je dat stukje best op het gemak maar dat is met wat geduld perfect te doen :-). Eens toegekomen, kom je terecht in een oase van rust midden in het woud. Het is een perfect plekje om tot rust te komen én het dient tegelijk met als uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen naar regio Plettenberg (25min rijden naar het begin van de baai). Passeer wel best langs de supermarkt als je er de eerst dag toekomt. Je kan de eerste avond dan gezellig koken in het huisje en hoef je de weg niet meer op :-).

Everything we needed was there, the instructions were clear and I honestly can’t stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay. I will be back in October and cannot wait to return to the little peace of heaven of you have created!

Our stay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived in Ballots Bay we were completely captivated by the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings. Nestled in a nature reserve, the home feels like a secluded haven, with breathtaking views at every turn. The accommodation itself is elegant and thoughtfully curated – a perfect blend of comfort and style. Both bedrooms offer stunning views, allowing us to wake up each morning to the sight and sound of the ocean. The bathroom was a particular highlight, with its sweeping sea views from both the bath and the shower – an experience we won’t soon forget. Sally has created a truly special space that allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the serenity of Ballots Bay. We loved every minute and left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by natural beauty.

We really felt at home at Piece of Heaven. It was relaxing and peaceful, as the Garden Route always is. Whatever you need on holiday, is available at Felicia's place and we felt very safe and accommodated. Will definitely recommend a stay!
