This bungalow is one of the iconic buildings of yesteryears Kalimpong The bungalow is beautifully kept, restoring old bits and parts and modernizing them for daily comfort. We loved the simple decor, massive open garden and the food The chef and the manager in site are extremely courteous and helpful. We were a family of 7 and we were very well taken care of. Rita personally came and met us, and gave us a hand baked cake and muffins. The location is serene, quite and peaceful. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. And the staff is there throughout. For sure, one of our best ever stays

We had a 3 night stay at Sanjay's place and though it was pretty warm at Kalimpong, the house was cool, covered with greenery all around. If you like places which are away from the hustle and bustle, tucked within greenery, then this is the place to go. Food was homely and delicious. My 10 year old son was busy througout the stay playing in the adjoining areas in the property. We were travelling with old parents and my wife was recovering from a fractured foot so when we navigated through the flight of stairs to reach to our cottage, they did not seem happy. But all of that was gone the next days as they enjoyed all the walk they could get amidst the purity of nature. Sanjay and his staff are super responsive and always there with a smile. So in short, if you are looking at this property and reading my review, my suggestion would be to go ahead and book.

Beautiful and cozy stay. The place was very clean.Loved the drawing room,the large window provides a nice view and in clear days you can see Kanchenjungha too. There were quite a nice collection of books. The property has a few dogs which was certainly a plus point for me 🤗 Check-in and checkout process was hassle free. Kitchen was well equipped, complimentary coffee,tea,milk,noodles,chips were provided. I would highly recommend this place for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Am staying here for a month & this place I can surely call my second home. I love Gangtok & always wanted to stay here for a longer duration. Beautiful peaceful location. You can actually spend quality time here. Karuna di is awesome. She is a warm, friendly & amazing person. We bonded instantly & she is the best host I have ever met! The apartment is located in a residential area & you have everything available at a walkable distance. People here are really helpful. Local taxis are easily available for ₹30/- per head. I would highly recommend this place. If you want a peaceful vacation & want to unwind, this is your place. Do visit Gangtok & don't forget to book this place. Sikkim is the best place if you love mountains, snowfall, are spiritual, adventurous. It has everything for everyone. Please do visit at least once.

Wonderful and pleasant stay at the place. The place is quite near to MG Marg. you will get sharing taxis. The stay was really very nice. It felt like we were at home. You have all amenities present and the guys present at reception are really very friendly and soft spoken. They are always available at your service and help. Altogether it was a great experience. We would surely love to stay at Vivek's place if in future we again plan to visit Gangtok and I would surely recommend this place for families also.

It was lovely, I booked it for a family short vacation. Well equipped, spacious, clutter free, and clean. It is the best for family or big groups. Location is safe and reachable for services like zomato etc. Host is friendly and responsive, I got all the details proactively. Overall Positive from all POVs.

It is a lovely, spacious accommodation that is perfect for a family of four to six. The largest window in the house has a lovely mountain view with seating set up so it can be enjoyed over morning coffee or evening drinks. Very comfortable stay and made convenient by the helpful staff.

I had a lovely stay at Dolly aunty's place. The loft is located bang in the middle of town but down a cul de sac, once you take the alley to the house, the traffic noise ceases and you enter a residential area that's quiet and peaceful. All local conveniences are located at walking distance. The apartment has a private terrace that overlooks Kalimpong town and the neighbouring mountainscapes. The bedroom is spacious, well ventilated with lots of windows and natural light. The kitchen unit is separate, next to the apartment, on the terrace. You can watch the clouds pass by the mountains as you cook/eat your meals. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials, which in my case made long stay possible. This is a comfortable, safe, gem of a place, especially if you're a solo female traveler looking for long term rental. Dolly aunty is very easy to communicate, relatable and considerate, she always checked on me if I was ok and if I needed anything. Will definately revisit again.

Kudos to you for maintaining it so nicely. One small request, the microoven needs to get cleaned please. The rooms were top notch, views were amazing, spacious, fast internet, it had everything that one may need. I would also like to say they cook really amazing food. Last but not the least, an always smiling, polite host and two sweet caring responsible boys at our service literally won my heart. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay, I would again stay here in my next Sikkim Trip.
