Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Fully equipped for a peaceful, pleasant and carefree vacation. This apartment has a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. There are also two bedrooms, one of them has its own bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway of the apartment. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy meals or evening gatherings. During your stay, you can use the pool or a special facility with a barbecue and seating area. The pool is not heated. Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)
