Feel free to ask us anything! Völs/Fié is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in South Tyrol. Activities include hiking, skating, biking, skiing, and swimming. Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für maximal 6 Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Meine neue Unterkunft ist zwei Gehminuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt und zwei Minuten mit dem Auto vom Ortskern. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der lichtdurchfluteten, großzügigen Räume, komfortablen Bett, außergewöhnlichen Raumgestaltung, vollausgestatteten Küche, Gemütlichkeit und sehr ruhigen Lage. Meine Unterkunft ist in Mitten der Natur von Wald und Wiesen umgeben, perfekt für Luxus suchenden Paare die Zeit für sich haben wollen.

Liegt in der Nähe von Bozen, nur 13km, optimale Busverbindungen, und auch nicht unweit der Seiser Alm, der größten Hochalm Europas. Ein Wander- und Skifahrparadies In nur 6,7 km sind sie in Seis, wo Sie mit der Umlaufbahn direkt auf die Seiser Alm kommen. Ein Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett (160 mal 200) das andere Zimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Traditionell leben wir von der Milchwirtschaft und mit Dezember 2016 bieten wir in unserem neu errichteten Bauernhaus erstmals auch Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof an.
