Everything about this place was great. The place itself is spotless modern with a terrific view. Great location close to beach restaurants and bars, a well as a wide variety of shopping options. It comes up as a location on the ‘Suntransfer taxi’ website so transport from airport and back is free of hassle.

Honestly the best Air BNB service I have ever received. Host gave us all the local hot spots, he set up arrangement of mopeds at a discount compared to in town. If we wanted food he had it delivered for no charge, gave us drinks for free, massages for only 600 Baht thru a local place. The service I received was unparalleled. The view is beautiful and it’s a short moped ride to the town and it’s super quiet here. He answered our text and had food or drinks delivered at all hours. Very top notch service.

Great location and great place to stay in Patong. Modern, great and friendly staff , always there to help. Daily cleaning included. Great bed , quiet , even though it’s close to everything. Definitely recommend!

The stay was very comfortable. This place was neat and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Met eduard at the checkout time, he is really humble and down to earth. We requested last min extension for 3 hours extra as we had an infant with us to which he agreed without even charging a penny. Thank you for the amazing stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious 3BHK in Phuket! The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Phuket

Proche des plages, 7 11 collé à l'hôtel, très beau avec 2 piscines privés à l'hôtel, les équipements fonctionnent et sont complets pour les besoins quotidiens. Ric's place is amaizing!! we were 3 families traveling together and everyone of us liked the place ans felt like we arrived to a luxurious spot to enjoy enjoy. The pool was great and every room in the house is incredible. Ric received us with a warm welcome and he and his son always were responsive with our questions. Ric provide us great local recommendations. We would really loved to stay more days, we really enjoyed our stay and want to come back. Thank you Ric for evrything!!

Beautiful villa with great sea view and very well maintained. Dj was very responsive and helped us on all queries. Korn was very helpful and drove us around the city. Had a great stay !!

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

We stayed in Isabelle’s apartment for 10 days and were incredibly impressed with the value for money given how nice the apartment was! It was incredibly clean on arrival, and the flat itself looked exactly like the photos if a little bigger. The pool and the gym were brilliant to have and everything you need is in easy walking distance. Isabelle was proactive in her communications and left some much appreciated amenities for us. We would happily stay again!

Great location. Nice little condo for vacation. Beautiful pool and sunny deck, you can tan and swim without the sun being obstructed. No need to take the elevator to the pool. It’s only 1 flight of stairs up. The host was really helpful. The whole place is designed for airbnb type stays and has everything you need. It’s easy for taxis and food panda to find.

Well appointed condo with separate living area and balcony. Efficient kitchen, great a/c, hot water, wifi and comfy bed. Plus all the little extras like dish and laundry soap, shampoo and shower gel. Loved all the windows with views in three directions. And the pool was amazing. Close to two very different beaches and very short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. There are even mats and a beach chair/umbrella if you want. This was just what we needed! We would have stayed longer but it was booked. There was one thing in the house manual that was different than the info on the listing, but we worked it out and Olivier was very generous and accommodating.

I went to Phuket in order to spend time at the beach and eat lots of Thai food. The property was excellent—A great way to enjoy Patong Beach— we had a great week, we went on several tours of the island and went scuba diving at a nearby coral reef. We also enjoyed Thai boxing and an elephant trek on the North side of Phuket. The house is in the middle of everything and there were lots of options for food and crazy tourist traps around the house. It reminded me of “Pleasure Island” from Pinocchio—lots of adults trying to escape. Still we weren’t the only family there— there were lots of kids having fun too, and you can avoid some spots (Bangla rd for example) if you don’t want to see the strip clubs etc. The host was very friendly and responsive. They were always willing to fix any issues that came up. We were happy to have an affordable place that was comfortable, clean and safe for a big family.

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

Beautiful home. Gorgeous view. Private, relaxing atmosphere. The only downside is that you’ve gotta take a taxi or something into town (5 min)—or it’s like a 20min walk. Not difficult at all, really. Grab and Bolt run 24/7 anyway. You won’t get anything close to this level of luxury and beauty anywhere closer. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 10000000%. Don’t sleep on this beautiful home!

Had a fantastic stay here. Great place with a wonderful view of the bay with spacious and very well-maintained rooms. The hosts provided all the amenities you might need. Toiletries, towels, coffee, water bottles, and a cleaning service were provided on a daily basis without charge, as well as high speed internet and free access to all streaming services. Laundry and minibar available for a fee. Only downside is that is is located on a steep hill but it is manageable. The host is very friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket! Can’t wait to come back!

My friend and I had a great stay for 8 days in Tinna's apartment. Tinna was not there, but her assistant, Bo (I think thats how you spell her name???), was awesome! She helped us get into the apartment even though we were late (delayed flights), and it was late at night. The description is very accurate for this place. It is very close to EVERYTHING. It was a few blocks from the ocean, a few blocks to the shopping mall, and a few more blocks to Patong Walking Street. It definitely served our needs, and we had a great time! I almost cried when I said goodbye to Bo (Tinna's assistant). She was very kind to us! I hope we can come back someday (very soon). Thank you!

Die Lage ist sehr lebendig. Es gibt vieles in der Nähe und trotz leider Staddt, hatten wir auf dem Balkon und in der Wohnung unsere Ruhe. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen in der Unterkunft. Es hat alles zum selber Kochen und ein grosser Tiefkühler. die Dusche auf dem Balkon ist sehr praktisch und die Aussicht ist perfekt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
