Apartment looks exactly like photos, perfect location, walking distance to central Phuket. Mary was super helpful and responsive.

The unit is in a convenient location and quiet. The room is great, plenty of space and very clean. Huge TV and wifi is strong. The host Thomas has been great, excellent communication and supportive. Rooftop pool had incredible views and perfect for sunset. Highly recommend you visit!

I really liked the apartment, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, away from the noisy street, with shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The area is safe and quiet. I recommend it!

The location and view is unbeatable, yes it's on top of a hill but we had no issues with uber/Bolt (hence the price the you pay for such a view :D) the place was really nice and the rooms were very clean and fancy. Pawel was really communicative and checked in on us upon our checkout and was even nice to give us a late checkout. We had our concerns at first at the house manager but as we had asked for some privacy this was easily resolved. the housekeeper who came every day or other day was so nice and even did our laundry which was SO NICE.

The first thing I would say is about the host, she will reply anytime of the day or even late night, and will be very helpful!!! The apartment is large and comfortable, The building garden and pull are well kept and look great! All people living in the block are so friendly, it’s so peaceful and quite. Kalim beach is just a cross the street less than a minute walk and always has people in there so you can just relax In there from morning till late night, if you want to walk to the main Patong beach it’s about 7 minute walk, Shops like 7 -11, a pharmacy, restaurants etc are just a minute walk from the apartment, If you stay in this apartment you are in Patong but you feel as if you are far from Patong and have a private beach, Security guard at the entrance is so friendly. Etc etc etc….. I can continue to write more and more…. We were so sad to leave, we felt at home and we loved the area. We hope to be back. Thanks to our great host again.

A great place, quiet with views to the mountains. There is a shuttle bus 5 times a day, which is worth taking if you haven't hired a bike - the walk into town/beach is about 20-25 minutes but it can get very warm of course (but the walk/directions are not difficult). The place is excellent, and Maneerat helps if you ask for anything (I have a lot of online calls in the day and she brought an office chair for me to use).....it's not crowded with things but enough to relax with decent TV (I didn't use, but my partner did frequently :-) ) There are some local places to get some food, a small local restaurant opposite which is actually pretty good, but only open for a few hours a day, not sure of the exact times but about 12-6.....when I say restaurant, those who know Thailand know what I mean about 'Local' restaurant....either way, takeaway is also fine). Other places near are all takeaway street style food, with the nears proper restaurants about 15 minutes walk away.

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. He also helped us get around, making our stay even more convenient. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t wait his calendar is almost fully booked for the year! Thanks, Piotr’s! Ric's place is amaizing!! we were 3 families traveling together and everyone of us liked the place ans felt like we arrived to a luxurious spot to enjoy enjoy. The pool was great and every room in the house is incredible. Ric received us with a warm welcome and he and his son always were responsive with our questions. Ric provide us great local recommendations. We would really loved to stay more days, we really enjoyed our stay and want to come back. Thank you Ric for evrything!!

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

After two months stay at Armin’s place I can tell that the house was a good choice and matched entirely our wishes. It’s clean, well maintained and has very proactive hosts. All the small issues we had were promptly resolved and we appreciate it. Thank you all for hosting us!

Die Unterkunft von Richard ist der perfekte Rückzugsort im Trubel von Phuket. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Schwimmen im Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, gehört zu den absoluten Highlights unserer Reise. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Richard und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der ich je war.

Excellent séjour ! L’hôte a été très réactif à toutes nos demandes. Le logement ressemble aux images, super propre et l’environnement est agréable. Je recommande vivement cet airbnb.

5 Stars – An Amazing Stay in Patong! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location in Patong is perfect, close to the beach, nightlife, and great food, yet still peaceful enough to relax. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

The airbnb is exactly how it is in the pictures. The best part was how clean and well-maintained the whole apartment was. Also, it is right at the heart of Phuket. Lots to do, lots of great restaurants to try. Fiona was really proactive in any queries we had and was super helpful. I would definitely recommend Fiona’s place if you are looking to stay near Bangla Road. Don’t think twice and book it.
