Just WOW!!! Nice place to be there with family, friend and relatives. Huge space, nice swimming pool and walking to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definitely, I will reserve the same Villa in the near future. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great stay in a peaceful Villa in a pleasant location. Local restaurants and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Paphos centre a 15 minute drive and Coral Bay a 10 minute drive. The Villa is spacious and has all the amenities for self catering. Large deep pool and which gets the sun all day. Alexia responded to our enquiries promptly. We will happily return again in the future.

Amazing place to stay in a quieter area of Paphos. Beautiful conversion of a building which has retained natural features. Very comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Inside is lovely and clean with plenty of storage. We had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. The outdoor area is a lovely sun trap we had a great time relaxing by the pool. We were welcomed by George and Cula who were very hospitable. Local shops and old town are 5 mins drive away making it great to enjoy the town but come back to a quiet place. Would definitely recommend booking this and we look forward to coming back.

This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

We had a brilliant, relaxing week at Keith's villa. It really was home from home. Communication from Keith was excellent and local rep Debbie was so helpful. We can't fault our stay and hope to return next year.

A beautiful villa on a mountain, with a few neighbours. Very spacious and clean. The view is breathtaking. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning, when needed was very adequate. I’d say you do need a car to get to the shops, bars & restaurants. It’s a beautiful area not far (in a car) from Coral beach with the great selection of restaurants and little beach shops. There’s even goats behind the villa living on the mountain side. Incredible!! A perfect place to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend

Wonderful house, everything is just like in the pictures, the host was super receptive. You must have a car to visit the island and go to beaches, and the only thing we did not like was that we found blonde hair in some of the towels that were provided.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at David’s home! The instructions and communication were very clear and easy to follow. David was available and responsive to every question we had. The house was spotless and had everything we ever could have needed. The area is so beautiful and peaceful and made for a fantastic weekend away. The sunset every night was like a postcard! We can’t wait to come back this summer when the weather is a little warmer. Friends of ours are booking this property for their trip this spring after seeing the pictures we posted online! We stay in airbnbs whenever we travel and this is by far one of our favorites.

The villa is about 10 minutes from the seafront, up in the hilly Peyia area, which means you get stunning views of Paphos, the sea and the hills around you in a quiet and picturesque setting. The villa is perfectly managed, clean and well equipped with everything you need. You'll probably want to rent a car from there as it works out much cheaper than taxis and most things won't be in walking distance from the villa. Communication with Tracy was fast and she was attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful time.

A stunning villa both inside and out. Presteigne and modern interior, clean pool and terrace looking out at the ocean and the neighbouring plantations. The sea is a minutes walk, the caves and famous shipwreck only 5min drive and Akamas peninsula a short drive away. Perfect for an adult family who have different holiday plans, who want to come together for dinners and bbq’s on the terrace. Suits groups who are looking for the finer, serene elements of coral bay, away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were kind, helpful and prompt with recommendations and assistance. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful villa and the views are fantastic. Pool was maintained during our stay too. Beds and pillows are extremely firm, could possibly be softer for a better nights sleep. The area was very quiet and tranquil but within a five minute walk to the main road and nearest bus stop (buses running every 20 minutes and cheap tickets, €2 each journey or a day ticket for €6.50). Can’t fault the experience and would definitely use them again.

Spędziliśmy 4 dni w willi - 5 osób dorosłych i 3 dzieci. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, przy morzu (plaża kamienista, zejście niezbyt łagodne), blisko głównej drogi, ale na tyle daleko, że było naprawdę cicho. Słychać szum morza. Ładna zadbana trawka, kilka leżaków, grill. Sąsiedzi tuż za ogrodzeniem, ale nie było ich słychać. W domu czysto. Niedużo sprzętów, ale całkiem ładnie. Widać, że niektóre meble były stare i tylko pomalowane, ale nie przeszkadzało to nam. W kuchni były sprzęty, ale brak cukru, herbaty, kawy - dosłownie nic! To nie było wygodne zawłaszcza 1 dnia. Łazienki czyste, ale kafelki i armatura stare. Mimo wszystko miło spędziliśmy czas. Polecam!

An amazing house with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils, outdoor kitchen, beautiful quality bedding, lots of towels and toiletries, there is nothing missing. Great selection of toys and books for all ages. We travelled with two toddlers and a baby and everything was available before we arrived, including all equipment needed and lots of fresh fruit, bread, milk etc. The kids loved the heated swimming pool. The house is spotless and very well maintained. A fantastic villa made only better by the fabulous host, Cristina. Cristina could not have been more helpful for anything we needed, she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Cristina made excellent recommendations for restaurants and advised of local sights and things to do. A car is needed but the villa views and surrounding area are beautiful and it is perfect for relaxation. I would really highly recommend Cristina’s place and I hope to stay again!

We were 7 couples and we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location is great - close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The villa has a lot of space. George was very responsive and kind. On the last day our flight was at the evening and George allowed us to checkout really late.

Absolutely beautiful setting. We had a lovely 2 weeks at the villa with our own gardens, pool and right beside the sea. Glorious sunsets every night as we sat outside eating dinner. Air conditioning worked wonderfully (thank goodness) and all required amenities were there to be used. Only downside was the walk to the bus stop. Not far in UK weather but challenging for us in the Cyprus summer heat. All in all though, a magical holiday was had by everyone and we would love to come again.

The location is beautiful. There are a few restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The beach is very close and has an outdoor exercise area. St George hotel nearby is an easy place for taxi cabs to find. Did not check out the swimming pool or the spa because it was cold outside but the sunset view over the sea was nice. Overall it was beautiful and clean.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Villa Boyd. As a family, with young children, we found the space to be perfect for our needs Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. The place was clean and well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment were evident in every aspect of our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting. Even in the evenings, the water was at a pleasant temperature for swimming. The helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay.

We had an amazing stay at Katya-Sofia. The villa is the perfect peaceful escape, tucked away in a quiet, scenic location that truly lets you unwind. The villa itself is very well-equipped; every detail has been thought of, from a fully stocked kitchen to quality linens and comfortable furniture. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need. Hosts were responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back to enjoy this beautiful villa again!

Wir haben im Haus einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Für bis zu 4 Leute ausreichend Platz. Schlafzimmer1 zum Pool mit Doppelbett 1,80m, nach hinten zwei 90cm Betten. Kaum Verdunklung, nur Vorhänge. Schrankwände mit viel Platz. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Küche offen zum Wohnraum, alles Wichtige vorhanden, etwas wenig Besteck, leider keine Kaffeemaschine nur FrenchPress & Espressokocher. Bad gut, Wasserdruck durch Hauswasserwerk gut, Temperatur ok. Gut funktionierendes und schnelles WLAN überall. Steckdosenadapter von Englisch auf Schuko reichlich vorhanden. Garten um Pool schön angelegt, schwer einsehbar, man hat seine Ruhe. Einige nette Katzen. Pool schön groß, bis 2m tief und sauber, Savvas kümmert sich fast jeden Morgen darum. Ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick über Pafos. Parken problemlos. Reichlich gute Restaurants etwa 2km weg in Tala, zu weit zum Laufen da mit viel Steigung Große Supermärkte in Pafos. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.
