The property i booked initially was 4 bhk but during checkin found furniture and beds in poor condition than my property according to you was upgraded but actually according to me it was a downgrade as it had only 3 bedrooms but you charged us the same. Two couples in my family had to share the same bedroom having two beds. it was not expected out of airbnb.

The oxygen homestay was an excellent property and experience for our stay in Dehradun. Very well-appointed home. It was a beautiful indoor and outdoor space that made for a relaxing place. The home-cooked food was the best meal in dehradun. Swati was a very welcoming and communicative host, and her on-premise staff was very helpful. The facility of wifi and the attached kitchen were very helpful. Would stay again in the future and highly recommend Oxygen homestay.

Pros: The location was awesome Peaceful Property was clean The host kartikey was amazing Good communication and collaboration Food was amazing Hosting top level Wifi was good Cons: For Elderly people especially having joint or leg problem - I wont recommend this property since the path/route to the property is quite tricky. The property is 200 m downhill from the main road parking area. Overall , we had a wonderful stay( top notch view) and the Host Kartikey was amazing and made sure we don’t face any challenges. We have stayed at many airbnb across many countries and have had many wonderful experiences but Kimi's place stands out as one place where we felt right at home unlike any other place we had stayed in past. At Kim Ori Kim we did not get just a house to stay at. We also got the company of two amazing persons - Kimi and her Mom who were full of warmth and were always available to help and guide us. We came as guests but left as friends. We had planned to stay here for full month as part of our relocation from US to India but our stay was cut short due to change in plans. But we plan to come back again and when we do Kimi Ori Kim would be the home we return to.

Sumit is an amazing host, and his apartment is absolutely beautiful. I truly mean beautiful—every corner of the home, especially the terrace, is so thoughtfully and artistically designed. The place is cozy, comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. There’s so much to do within the apartment itself, with plenty of cozy nooks to sit, relax, and enjoy a cup of tea. It’s a perfect retreat. Highly recommend!

A very nice and cozy stay Felt right at home

I enjoyed my stay. Host was very good communicator and organized taxi. Apartment is on 2nd floor close to electrical pylon. Being from the west I still struggle with the windows in India. I would recommend ear plugs wherever you stay. The bedroom looks out to the road and although the road isn’t that busy, there is still honking and barking dogs. The apartment is nice and tv is great. Living room is cosy.

It’s been 6 years since the four of us spent time together at one place & we couldn’t ask for anything better. After 7 hours of road ride with many eventful incidences, we were warmly welcomed by Rajendraji & Arvindji with the best regional food we could ask for. (Such a homely feel it was!) They had gone out of their way to make our the dishes we asked :) (Thank you bhaiyas!) The stay itself was cozy & relaxing, would definitely want to stay here for longer period. (P.S. – Thanks to Sameerji for being an excellent long distance host, providing us with useful information & help – always!!)

Vijay has been a very kind host who is hosting this beautiful garden vibes property at a quaint location in Dehradun. The property is well isolated to not be noisy but also well located to reach across Dehradun. and it's very easy to find, you can book uber/rapido or order swiggy/zomato with almost every option available. I am happy to have stayed at this clean and spacious home.. Really enjoyed the beautiful garden downstairs with variety of tress. I was allowed an early check-in and late check-out, and I must thank Vijay for going extra mile. :)

The host was great. Very helpful and geniune. The hosts ensured that we receive the great services. The property is spacious, clean, cost effective and as per the descriptions given. Did not face any challenge. And further whosoever want to cook the food of their own, it is great, as the kitchen is spacious and have the gas and utensils to cook as well.

Ikigai stays are perfect for Mussorie. It's a standalone 3 storey building with a huge room on each floor. it's super spacious and luxurious. Hardly a 700 m walk from the famous Mall Road, this place has everything you can ask for. The food was amazing and the staff was super helpful during our stay. Recommended for solo travellers and family both. Manvendra was also very responsive and helped us out whenever needed. Must recommended 5/5

Wonderful experience! Beautiful, new, clean, huge home in a peaceful location. The caretaker was helpful and friendly. He arranged for us to have a delicious meal cooked for us. Great communication along the way. A short drive from town. We recommend!
