The property is located a short 8 minute drive to Frankton and Queenstown Central's shopping area. From there it is a further 10-12 minute drive to Queenstown's town centre.

The studio comes equipped with a kitchenette suitable for breakfast making with a toaster, electric jug, microwave and fridge. The studio features a fully tiled minimalistic ensuite. The studio is attached to our family home and is situated on the ground floor with a separate private guest entry to the studio.
