A perfect place to stay! Megan is a great host! Space is lovely and the added touches make it special , so special I am coming to stay another week! Bed is cozy with beautiful sheets and extra towels . She provides beautiful soaps and extra toiletries . The area is great to walk around easy to get to beach and restaurants , views are just wonderful from the space. Wonderful place to rest after a long day . Thank you Megan see you soon!

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Very nice older home a few blocks from the beach and half a block from the main street in Belmar. Tiffany was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating with my reservation for me and a larger group staying in the home.

This felt like you were just at home. Between the amazing host and their hospitality from beginning to end you would think you’re just visiting your aunt and cousins! Everyone was very pleasant and the house was the most beautify thing I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants luxury in Brooklyn to stay here!

Super clean place with comfortable premium mattress. Location was perfect close to coffee shops and restaurants. We were there for an appearance on a tv show filming at lionsgate studios. Front door of the studio was less than a few hundred feet away!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming older home over Christmas. Parking was easy. It was Ideal for our family of 3. The location was perfect for visiting downtown Princeton, and grocery stores and restaurants were close by. Natalia was immediately responsive to any questions.

Jennifer was a great host, and the appartment was well equipped and fantastic to chill out at for a few days. The balcony was great to sit out in the sunshine and the beach and restaurants were all in easy walking distance. I would not hesitate to go back should my travels take me back to New York.

Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

Great location close to the airport. Very clean Airbnb. 2 balcony views in both bedrooms. Felt at home. Check in was very simple and the Airbnb was very easy to find. The price was very affordable and it was a great location with many amenities within a short drive. I would recommend others booking this location. Also! The bed was comfy with memory foam. Loved it. You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

My family had another wonderful vacation at Jane’s house. She’s a great host. The house is very clean and had everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great. The best is the backyard and heated pool. We spent most of our time there outside in the wonderful backyard. It’s close to sesame place, please touch museum and the Franklin institute. If you have young kids, it’s a great location. We plan on going back for sure!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AVE. My two grandchildren had a great time as well. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds my expectations. Really. I will definitely be returning to AVE. And I will also recommend AVE Clifton to my friends and family.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!
