Really enjoyed my stay here! Wonderful place! I visit the island frequently and have stayed in a variety of Airbnbs in different areas and will definitely go down as one of my favorites! Peaceful, beautiful grounds, friendly neighbors, close to restaurants, coffee shops, shops and tour spots. Very clean- furniture and beds super comfortable. You can see a bit of the ocean while sitting out in the lanai area. Great shower/bathroom too! Near the pool area, there is a path to the lava rocks along the shore with gorgeous views ( also a view deck with chairs above) Loved having my morning coffee there and relaxing to the ocean waves against the rocks. Kari was available if you had any questions, and reached out to you to make sure everything was great! She kindly greeted me with a box of chocolates, coffee and a personal message! The little things in life that make it extra special! Thank you for a great stay! Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome ocean view on balcony. Close enough to hear the ocean waves breaking on the lava rocks. Great amenities and ample parking. Peaceful easy feeling. We will be back!

A really great find. Loads of space in the accommodation. A huge living and kitchen room. Two good size bedrooms with en-suites. The apartments are more like little houses! The bedrooms are downstairs, the living space upstairs. Large balcony. The units are in nice blocks of 6-8, and each block has a small (but nice) pool. There are about 8 pools. The kids can enjoy a bit of pool hopping! Tennis courts are good. Great value, and a lot of bang for your buck. The whole site feels very safe, and family friendly. The resort/complex is a little tired, but we (family of 5) really enjoyed our stay and weren’t bothered by the fact that the kitchen and bathroom in our unit were (say) 10 years old. Everything was good quality, and worked well. The staff are super friendly, and the site well kept. They have lots of clean communal BBQs. It was nice to be able to cook outside. Nothing was too much trouble with reception. Be polite and make them laugh (on this island, being chilled out is the way forward) and nothing is too much trouble. More coffee, towels, washing up liquid, etc was quickly delivered, when asked. Why stay in a small hotel, for 3x more?!? Will definitely be back.

Wonderful location, condo was clean and had a lot of amenities. We did have a few questions upon checkin and it took almost 24 hours to receive a reply. Thankfully it was anything urgent and we were able to get into the unit. The vertical blinds need repair or replacement. Several pieces were missing so no real privacy. Difficult to open and close. There is no toaster, when I asked I was told it broke. Bed seems like a Queen size. Realized that is not mentioned in the description. If I had known I would have booked something else. There are a lot of HOA rules to follow, provided in the binder of instructions. Otherwise overall it is nice and clean.

Simply amazing. The accommodations were way above and beyond what my family expended. I wish we would have had more time to explore such a vast island full of beautiful sceneries. It just means I/we will have to go back. Definitely a home away from home. I/we will definitely stay there again if it is available.

This spacious property was great for our big Ohana! We enjoyed the morning and evening, rattan interiors giving an Hawaiian feel 🌺. The grocery store and vegetarian food places were close by which was a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked and in-house laundry was super helpful. It was a clean house with well running air conditioners. Overall, extremely satisfied. Thank you for hosting us!!

On the 2nd floor of a 6 story building overlooking a church parking lot. We were there over Easter weekend so there was a lot of activity. The choir singing was nice but maybe not for everybody. The bed was only a double so a bit small. Didn’t use the pool. Overall we had a nice stay.

I felt so at home here; the house was very clean and a relaxing space to be in! I loved everything about this place, and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, the kitchen had all the equipment necessary to prepare meals for several people that stopped by. The Unit as a whole was well equipped and comfortable. We often had family stop by and visit, we tried hard to keep the noise down but it did get a little loud occasionally, I hope we did not disturb anyone. We had a late flight and they were very accommodating with allowing a late check out. It was ideal for our large group. We would definitely come back.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Kona was absolutely unforgettable. Just a short 12-minute drive from Downtown Kona, the location offers the perfect balance of convenience and peaceful privacy. The home itself was spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My family of three and I stayed here before my deployment, and the memories we made together in this special place will stay with us forever. From morning coffee with ocean breezes to quiet evenings under the stars, every moment felt like a gift. A huge thank you to the owner for opening your home to us — your hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the magic of Kona in comfort and peace.

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

Isaac and Natasha are good people and made us feel welcome. There's plenty of parking with a good space next to the car to clean our dive gear. There's also a clay tennis court on the property to hit balls if you want. The guest house was all we needed and nice and quiet; we appreciated being out of the city. We will definitely stay here again the next time we plan a dive trip to the Big Island. Thanks Isaac and Natasha- pet Ryan for us!

We were a party of 7 traveling to Kona for a swim meet. Lodging in Kona can be quite expensive so we felt staying somewhere we could cook would help with expenses - and it did! We chose this unit because it was actually quite a bit cheaper than others of similar description and distance from the pool and the airport. It was VERY spacious and allowed us to cook every meal, do laundry, and allow our kids to have space just to hang out - and for us to do the same - without getting in each other’s way. The kitchen was fully stocked, even having some basic - and not so basic - pantry spices! The unit also has a LOT of baby stuff - some diapers to get you to the beach posthaste, high chair, dining booster chair, all sorts! There are also items to help you tidy up of you’ve had a spill - vacuum cleaner, broom, swiffer, Clorox wipes. We really wanted for absolutely nothing - well , except foil and ziploc bags, but obviously that can be had at any nearby store! And hey, we left some for you!

Megan is so sweet and warm. She really makes you feel at home as well as her husband. It really felt like we were staying with family. The space is conveniently located to many areas. He house is cute and safe. She was always very attentive and quick to reply on Airbnb. And that’s very much appreciated. I would recommend family and friends to stay with Megan.

Gorgeous place , most beautiful lanai to watch the sunset , love this place so much and I can’t wait to come back , me and my guests had a blast and we’re planning to visit again soon in few months, thank you for being so easy to communicate with and for being so honest and returning my GoPro to me after forgetting it at your beautiful place , highly recommend 🩵
