Close to beautiful water and beautiful hiking trails. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn or winter, this beautiful location is an experience.

The Secret Cabin with hot tube in Nature Reserve

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

A very comfortable large 100,4m² (1080 ft²) apartment on the third floor (no lift) for up to six persons, close to the old harbor and only 950 m from the city center in the residential area of downtown Reykjavík (101). Free public parking across the street. The house is in front of a primary school which I love because it is so alive when the children go out to play. The school started at 08:30 and you might hear the bell ringing and children and parents coming to school.

Near Supermarket. Our two shy cats sometimes explore the garden, but they usually keep their distance.

Near the apartment is also Reykjanes Unesco Global Geopark where you can admire the beautiful, natural landscape. Apartment Comfort and Rest provides you a good rest and relax in private hot-tub. A fully equipped kitchen allows for a quick preparation of meals. Grill is also available to guests.

Recently renovated 100m ² (1076 ft²) Villa with it all! Renovation have finished. Pictures have been updated. This place is perfect for a group of friends or a large family. Large open space with spectacular views of the meadows in front of the house. Don't be surprised if the Icelandic horse says hello to you through the Livingroom window. Sauna and Jacuzzi at location and ready for use.

Check in/out without personal contact 35 min. drive from Reykjavik by the lake Medalfellsvatn, near Hvalfjordur. Exact location will be given closer to your check in. Cabin A: 4 adults+1 child (2 bedrooms). Cabin A&B: Total 8 guests. Panoramic view over the lake/mountains. N-lights from the patio during fall/winter Hot tub ALL YEAR ROUND-wifi-towels-linen A unique family friendly place.
