My friend and I loved this flat. Hülya was the perfect host --she welcomed us in person, was extremely sweet and helpful, and sent several useful links of things we could eat and to. The flat is on the ground floor and super-central, and yet it was extremely quiet, at least this time of the year (March). We felt really at home and wouldn't hesitate a second booking it again! I’ve stayed with my parents and my husband in this lovely accommodation in December. The flat has 2 floors, with both bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a smaller terrace, and a smaller kitchen located on the lower one, and a large living room, the second bathroom, a kitchen with adjacent sitting area, and a larger terrace. For 4 adults, it was the perfect place. Spacious, all amenities (dishwasher, A/C, washing machine, a fan among those we used), anything you’d need in the kitchen, towels and extra bedding, too. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and the place smelled great and was in great condition. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is located very strategically 15-20 mins on foot from Antalya clock tower, with lots of great restaurants around. The hostess was very responsive and friendly and helped us out big time with recommendations. I would absolutely recommend it for bigger groups and would 100% stay here again!

Замечательная квартира. Владелец встретил в аэропорту. Мы предупредили что будем с двумя малышами и нам подготовили два стульчика для кормления, наборы детской посуды и целый шкаф игрушек и книжек. Есть детская кроватка, ванночка, детское банное полотенце, увлажнитель воздуха. Много дополнительных комплектов постельного белья и полотенец. Есть все необходимое чтобы ходить на пляж: зонтики, пледы, маски, игрушки для пляжа. Кухня просторная и в ней есть абсолютно все что может понадобиться для приготовления пищи и сервировки. Обеденный стол очень большой, удобные стулья. Отдельно отмечу элемент заботы о гостях - бутылка воды, тарелка фруктов, чай, сахар, чтобы отдохнуть, перекусить после дороги. Расположение квартиры отличное. Сразу возле нескольких супермаркетов, пешком до моря, под окном остановка общественного транспорта, рядом много ресторанов и кафе, близко два рынка и красивый вид с балкона. Рекомендую остановиться в этой квартире, особенно если путешествуете с детьми.

Ligger i et dejligt relativt roligt område, men tæt på restauranter og butikker. Lækker altan med morgensol. Utrolig imødekommende og hjælpsom vært. Eneste mangel var, at vi kun fik udleveret 1 nøgle til lejligheden. Vil helt klart anbefale dette sted til andre

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

Topplek om hier wakker te worden, het geeft veel rust en om ieder moment het zwembad in te kunnen geeft je een grote voldoening. Veel ruimte, veel slaapkamers, een ideale plek om met een groot gezin of meerdere gezinnen te komen. Zeker de moeite waard voor een volgende keer!!

Great stay with all the amenities you might need including a stocked kitchen. A place with character and central location. Would stay again.

The most amazing thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony. You can sit and gaze out at the mountains for hours. And the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a touch of luxury about it. Very big comfortable beds and good linen. The sitting area is a tiny bit less comfortable but I think it’s mostly designed for outdoor life! Kitchen is fine. The location is interesting once you take a bit of time getting to know it. We went on a nice walk from nearby the apartment but there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity which seems to consist of quite a few holiday homes. Mostly pretty quiet and you feel secluded and private. You can drive back towards Kas for beaches and ancient sites. Or very easy drive to Antalya for the old city and the beach. And there are amazing restaurants with stunning views all over the area. We had a lovely holiday.

It was amazing experience especially the view from the balcony was magical! Those sunsets and sunrise we will always remember! I would highly recommend this place! Near to beach and also near to city centre! And there is groceries store just downstairs of the apartment! Overall very nice experience! I wanted to thanks to our host especially Sehnaz for being very responsive to all our queries!

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

It was a wonderful stay! The room is nice, clean and cozy in a well equipped apartment. Location of the apartment is amazing! Close to all transportations in a calm neighborhood. Ercan is a great host! He was so helpful, responsive and caring so much about his guests. Until the last moment he helped me with storing my bags and making a late check out. Overall I was so satisfied during my stay and surely will be glad to be here again!
