The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

We liked our stay. On weekends the street can be very loud, since a lot of people are out. The place itself was nice and clean. It felt very homely. Thanks for the great stay!

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

A great space, ideal for me as I was travelling for work. There was easy access to transport and Brighton city centre. Penny provided clear information ahead of my trip and also provided suggestions of places to eat.

Overall the flat was perfect. Fabulous location. Inside was recently decorated and appliances were brand new. The bed was advertised as King size and as we come from Canada we expected it to be like our King beds whereas it is a large double. We were able to use the sofa bed though. Bottom line apart from the bed size it was as advertised. Thanks Simon and Sansan

This was perfect for a few days away: Easy to walk to from the bus stop at the pier and with a great outlook across the beach. Easy to walk into town to find a variety of restaurants. The flat was just as described and the kitchen and living room space would be perfect for 4 or 5 people. We had a lovely time. Thank you !

Worth every penny! We stayed here for 5 weeks while I did my cabin crew training at the CAE. Beautiful property just like the photos, squeaky clean, private and everything we needed to make it home!! Sarah is super responsive and helpful in every way. Clean linen and towels every week as promised, bed linen was so soft!! Brighton is a 20 minute drive & great for the weekends.. Sarah gave us lots of great recommendations, which we loved! Thank you so much again Sarah, you are a beautiful person inside and out!! Xx

Sue was a perfect host, very responsive and told us about the Festival season starting and recommend places to visit. We were able to have an early check in which was amazing. The flat was immaculate, and was literally home from home. As people have already written, the shower was amazing! Very quiet location, easy to get to the beach and town. will definitely be going back!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is spacious with the bedrooms away from the living room and kitchen allowing you to go to bed without being disturbed by those wanting to stay up and watch TV etc. It is very easy to get around on the busses and a quick walk to the waterfront and promenade. Also easy access to Hove station.

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brighton, being right on the beach with parking is a massive bonus as it saves on paying for parking if you're driving! Great kitchen if you're wanting to cook but also so central you have everything you need on your doorstep. Very friendly and helpful hosts!

I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough! It was the perfect apartment for our stay in Hove. So close to the beach, parking was simple, plus there was quick & easy access into both Hove & Brighton. The apartment was so lovely. It looked fab, really contemporary, great bed, super shower room and a kitchen anyone would envy! The hosts went above and beyond, both with their communication - answering questions about parking and distances to where we wanted to go in Hove - and with the thoughtful & kind little touches within the apartment, with bread, milk, fruit juice, yoghurts, jams, cereal and fruit left for us to enjoy. We are already looking forward to returning in the near future. Absolutely five stars all around!

Claire’s place is conveniently situated a 15 minute walk from Hove. Bedrooms are spacious and kitchen/diner/living space is practical and comfortable. Claire responded quickly and kindly to any queries. Would recommend the Sterling Arms pub at the end of the road.

Fantastic location and great space and light in a beautiful flat, very central in the Laines. Only negative is the lockbox is at back of building next to the park and public toilets and is very dark and does not feel very safe if trying to get keys after dark. Bedrooms back into central courtyard between lots of buildings so keeping window open might disturb some guests but any noise quietened down relatively early on a Saturday night! Fantastic hosts with great communication!

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing couple of days at Pete’s place with the family. The home was beautifully set up, and we especially loved unwinding in the hot tub and sauna—such a treat! The location worked really well for us too, making everything we wanted to do easily accessible. Pete was super responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole trip stress-free. Overall, it was the ideal escape and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Brighton. Thanks for a truly relaxing and memorable stay!

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!

5 nights at a 5 star place. This place is outstanding in terms of amenities, finishing touches, interior design and space. I came here to find some solace for my birthday and it really was the perfect place. First night was spent chilling in the large top-of-the-range jacuzzi, sipping prosecco (which was provided!), and listening to spa music in ambient lighting. I love that the beach/pier is a short walk away. The steam room was incredible. The interior designer needs an award. Ricky was friendly and always ready to help. I have no complaints at all and I can't wait to return.
