Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

The Good Karma Cottage is new as of 2022. Its 265 square feet was a woodworking shop now turned into a lovely little cottage featuring a bedroom, full kitchen, and bathroom. All of the interior/exterior artwork was done by local artist, Dan Coe. The cottage sits adjacent to the Good Karma Inn.
