Prepare a meal on the BBQ grill, take a swim in the pool, and light the fire pit while enjoying the sunset with family and friends. 11 The Retreat is only a 3 minute leisurely walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and restaurants. The house is spread over 3 levels. A 3 car private and lockable garage on the first, main living area inside and outside on the second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and 3rd level. All levels are accessible by stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly or will not suit guests with walking difficulty. Accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Toilets are not separate but there is an additional guest loo on the second level. The house has a small private swimming pool, fire pit and gas barbecue. Pick n pay and a great variety of restaurants are just a short walk away. The property was newly renovated in 2015 and refurnished October 2016. For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home. I am phone call away to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Enjoy security and serenity in the amazing neighborhood of Camps Bay. Stroll for just three minutes to the beach or enjoy the restaurant hub and local shops. Exploring beyond the area is easy with easy access to Cape Town and surrounding areas. The Cape Town my City bus stop as well as the red Cape Town sightseeing tourist bus is nearby and approximately a 5 min walk. We can also assist with airport transfers and all other traveling requirements. Should you wish for us to shop for you and stock the fridge and pantry before your arrival, we can do that too at an additional service fee.

Offering views of Table Mountain in the neighbourhood of Newlands, the home is steps away from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and the lush hiking trails of Newlands Forest. Shopping at the Cavendish Square mall is a short drive away. Access to 1 big closed garage for 2 cars If you decide to hire a car, as it is easy to travel to all the various places of interest. Alternatively Uber functions exceptionally well in Cape Town.

Centrally located in the leafy suburbs of Claremont, we are 20 minutes from both the city center and some main tourist attractions.

Completely separate, private suite with ample parking on a 5-acre smallholding in Noordhoek. Original wood flooring, queen XL bed with Egyptian-cotton bedlinen, smart TV, fridge, microwave, gas cooker and automatic coffee machine, desk and wifi plus a private, sunny courtyard with firepit. The sizeable en-suite bathroom has a cast-iron bath and large shower.

Our Guest Studio is a luxury designer home, wanting for nothing. A wonderful flow from the modern open plan living area to the sunny patio with breath taking garden and mountain views. It is located right next to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and is only a few minutes drive to the Constantia wineries and to the City of Cape Town. It is a very quiet area where you can take a walk in the neighbourhood or do your running exercises directly from your guest studio.
