Bunkhouse on Horse & Cattle Ranch Near I-95

You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party.

Clean linens and towels, kitchen, queen sized bed and 2 futons are available for your use. Stand up tile shower with a seat. Apt is on the rear of my property. Feel free to use the fire pit, pool and grill for your leisure/convenience. Do enjoy your stay!! I thoroughly clean each prior to check-in, following covid-19 guidelines via Airbnb. Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

There is one other tiny home, three apartments, and a house on the property as well. Please note: The bed is LOFTED.
