Nice updated efficiency apartment located in the pool house at the Scarborough House in rural Stantonsburg. ~20 min from I-95, restaurants, shopping areas in Wilson, 25 min to Greenville, 30 min to Rocky Mount. House is inside the pool area - not suitable for families with small children or anyone who cannot swim as this house is inside the gate. Space has a kitchen with full fridge, countertop air fryer, microwave, single coffee maker. Huge shower room, separate bathroom. (SHARED POOL)

Feel free to use the fire pit, pool and grill for your leisure/convenience. Do enjoy your stay!! I thoroughly clean each prior to check-in, following covid-19 guidelines via Airbnb. Please follow directions for location of cabin and parking. Small cabin with full size bed great for 1 or 2 guests. Located on 90+ acres of horse and cattle ranch. Riding lessons are available for additional fees. Multiple animals run loose on the property like dogs, chickens, cats... Feel free to walk around the common areas. We look forward to having you stay with us! Larger Bunkhouse available for parties of 4-6. Horse layover available for additional fee. Pets $30/night.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

There is one other tiny home, three apartments, and a house on the property as well. Please note: The bed is LOFTED.
