You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away. Apartment front door is on ground level and has washer dryer as you enter. You will need to go upstairs for the main floor. There is plenty of parking on site.

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Our neighborhood boasts the Burke-Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, express bus to Seattle, several Brew Pubs and a nearby shopping center with a grocery store. We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and area recreation. We are both smoke free and pet free home.
