Beautiful and comfortable. we felt like we were at home. the ac and heater both work great. the bed is amazingly comfortable, makes it hard to get up! 10/10 stay we WILL be back.

Loved the location and the fenced in backyard was a home run. Had everything we could need. The area around the house was nice with sidewalks to walk our dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in the cottage was great. It was quiet, clean, cozy and convenient to our needs. The cottage was well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Communication was very responsive and courteous. We forgot our pups harness and leash when we left and they were so kind to mail it to us! We will be back!

Chris had a beautiful home, it was quiet and very well decorated. It was a lovely get away and if I ever find myself in the need for a vacation I'd come back anytime! Chris is very nice and responsive and I appreciated all that he did to make our stay wonderful

This is a cute, clean home in a nice neighborhood. The basement was a bit smaller than we anticipated from the photos and the bedrooms are close together upstairs but it still worked for our big group! Very communicative host, which is a plus.

A comfortable and spacious accommodation a short drive from downtown Grand Rapids. The neighborhood was quiet.

The fully stocked kitchen made eating group meals a breeze. Great neighborhood and just minutes from all the activities we did during the weekend. The hot tub was a great bonus to the trip. Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us.

Great family home with plenty of rooms, beds, linens - especially for a blended family! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, feel at home and be comfortable. The whole place was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood/ subdivision. The decor was tasteful and all the games and activities they provided allowed us to chill at the house and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back :)

This is a great place to stay. Robb is always responsive for questions. It's a great location for all medical personnel working at Butterworth to walk from.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The place was perfect for our group. The beds were really comfortable and the space was just what we needed.

Great place for a quick trip! Very chill vibes, great separation from the main house, felt very private. We stayed for a wedding in GR and it was perfect! Sauna is so worth it! Would have loved to see it in the summer with the pool open! Missed there was no TV in the description but brought a projector as I do on every airbnb trip! Did two puzzles while we enjoyed our peaceful stay!

This was my family’s second time staying here. The house had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group. The backyard area is great. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire at night. We were in the area for my daughter’s graduation from GVSU and the house allowed our family to come together from multiple states to celebrate this occasion. The backyard also provided a beautiful backdrop for photos. We took some great photos by the large willow tree. Thanks for hosting us again!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very updated, the living space on the main floor is an open concept, which was great with a large group. Chelsie was a wonderful host, very responsive with returning my messages prior to booking, and she checked in with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and asking if we had any questions about anything during our visit. Every little detail was perfect, having shampoo & conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker in the shower, cards and games for us to use, these are just a few of the examples. We felt so at home here. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids not far from downtown, and you are looking for a place that feels like home- this is the one! So many restaurants, bars, and things to do near by. We hope to visit again in the summer months so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor patio area and of course the pool. Everyone in our group loved it here!

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

A very cozy place to stay at! Was able to stay with our pup which was a nice option. The entire place is clean and it felt like home! Everything looked new and it had everything we needed. About 20 mins drive to downtown GR and 10mins away from the Rivertown Crossings.

Ricky was such a great host! I forgot a very special necklace after checkout. I messaged Ricky and got right back to me and let me go find it. I am so thankful for him and thankful for letting me back in. The house felt like home and it was very comfortable. We had a great stay and I would recommend this spot to bring family or friends!

This place was everything we needed and more. We stayed for one night and honestly would consider staying again, especially if it was for a longer stay because there were so many fun activities we missed out on (due to us having other plans) including karaoke, ping pong, and hanging out by the fire. I liked the minimal check-in and check-out instructions, as a night away from regular, bustling, chaotic life should truly be that, a night away. Thanks for having us, cheers!

the place is very nice and clean there's a few quirks like the temperature situation which the owner pointed out to me was stated in the description I just missed that. all in all the place was very nice and in a very good location with a beautiful setting

I and my husband love to stay in John’s country home. It was peaceful and everything was thought of for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were quaint and lovely. Our drives to Grand Rapids were thoroughly enjoyable and 25 minutes to any destination. We highly recommend 😊

Spotless place close to downtown that was big enough for our family trip. We especially liked the kitchen and the ability to cook our own breakfast in the morning. Coit Park less than a block away is very cute.

Hosts were great! Home was superclean! We appreciated the toys available for the children; they were very entertained with them. The hosts even provided warm, fuzzy socks for the kids which was nice with the extra cold days we were having! Would love to stay here again in the future.

Our previous Airbnb fell through at the last minute and we found Rebecca‘s place. She was immediately responsible and welcoming. It was perfect for our needs and I recommended highly especially for a family with children. It’s close to the park and fenc rested in backyard provided a safe space for them to play. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay again!
