This was our second year staying here with friends, and we had such a lovely time. There's plenty to do inside the house itself even on a dreary day, with curiosities and art abound, instruments, games, fireplace, etc, a great kitchen for group meals, and spacious and comfortable rooms otherwise. Olia is very kind and responsive, with plenty tips for the local area. We'd recommend for groups or families in an instant. Nothing like relaxing in the hot tub while looking out at the mountain vista with rain pattering on the porch roof above - pure bliss.

A beautiful, cozy, very well-stocked home. Remote enough to feel like you're in the country but in proximity to so many great activities on offer in Copake and Hudson. A special place. We had a wonderful stay.

Enrique's place was conveniently located near Rhinebeck, but alao far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. Worth having a drink in the tavern at Beekman Arms and breakfast sandwiches at Rhinebeck Bagels. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Enrique was a wonderful, informative host, and available if we needed (we didn't). Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

What a gorgeous stay. My partner and I celebrated our five year anniversary here and each detail was perfect. The home is wonderfully curated, with stunning art, decor, puzzles, plates, you name it! And by the window, the feeders attract all kinds of birds that I’ve never seen so up close. Woodpeckers, cardinals, chickadees. You hardly need the TV, it’s so entertaining. The place is spotless and serene. And Rosy is so responsive while giving you complete privacy! You can tell she really cares about the experience she provides. If you’re looking to stay in an artfully cozy home, this is the place.

We enjoyed a beautiful early spring stay on the farm with a group of 7 ladies, gathering for a chill bachelorette weekend in Cold Springs. The farmhouse was super cozy; great for cooking, crafting, games, tea time, outdoor wine picnics, star gazing at night in the hot tub and making friends with the chickens! A great retreat spot for groups with all the amenities!

This is at least our 4th time staying at what we call "The Farm" and it is our favorite getaway! We even got my brother to drive 1.5 hours out of his way on his family trip to Boston so he could check it out. A rare gem!

We really can’t say enough about Jackie’s place. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The home is well appointed and comfortable. The place is so nice we actually cancelled our plans for Saturday night just to stay in and enjoy the vibe. Spent part of the evening just relaxing in the hot tub looking at the amazing night sky!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and a nice selection of pots and pans. Would highly recommend. Jackie was very responsive and easy to reach.

If you are looking for tranquility and views with all the amenities, this is the place for you. It’s located between Cold Spring and Beacon when you want to explore and eat or grab coffee. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit due to time constraints but instructions are available. Everything was made easy. The yard was fantastic for our small dogs to zoom around. The kitchen was fully equipped and again… the views!

Was the perfect little get away for us. And it was nice to find a place that accommodated the dogs so well. We appreciated being able to get to places easily but at the same time have a peaceful place to return to.

This was the second time staying in this house with another family. Can't beat the convenient location to local mountains for skiing. House is spacious and plenty of room for two families of 4. Shiyrah is friendly and communicative.

What a perfect place to stay! We were very comfortable in Hazel’s little retreat… we slept well in the king sized bed, had plenty of hot water, loved the bucolic green space and the creek nearby. Our dogs had great walks under the canopy of huge trees surrounding the property. I especially enjoyed watching and hearing the ducks, geese and swans across the street as they paddled to the pond! Thank you, Hunter for providing a perfect getaway spot for your guests!

Wer hier einkehrt, den erwartet zwar kein makelloses Desighnobjekt, aber eine wunderbare Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen und zum Seele baumeln lassen. Der Holzofen sorgt für Gemütlichkeit und Wärme (und es gibt auch eine konventionelle Heizung), die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und kuschelig, der Garten lädt bei schönem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, die Kommunikation funktioniert perfekt und dennoch unaufdringlich. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.

Mahmoud's accommodation was more than we could have wished for, it was perfect and had the most incredible views of the Hudson River and surrounding mountains. Mahmoud was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and fulfill our requests. We highly recommend his home to anyone else that's interested and we would love to make a trip back sometime in the future!

Lovely place in Saugerties, close to lots of great hiking and restaurants.

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

Was in the area to visit family and this was a perfect location for me. Had just what my family needed to have a great weekend

We had an amazing stay at Sally’s place in Bethel! My fiancé and I visited CT for the first time to celebrate my birthday and go to a convention nearby. This cottage was perfect for the two of us. The host was very responsive and accommodating as well! The cottage was in pristine condition, the house manual was very easy to follow, the recommendations were great, the scenery was out of a movie, and my favorite part was the hot tub in our restroom which was perfect after a long day! We had a great time and would love to come back again! Thanks for your hospitality Sally! ☺️

Place was perfect! Clean & made our Holiday stay in the beautiful Hudson Valley a wonderful experience. We loved the personal touches the house offered and we will be back

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

Overall the place was very nice to stay at. Hosts/Property manager were EXCELLENT communicators (we had an issues and they had solutions within 30 minutes). Close to supermarket (right down the street), along with close to being downtown Saugerties, resturants and getting on the thruway. Would recommend for families.

Tina’s place is fabulous. The modern decor and architecture is beautiful. The location is peaceful and the fenced in yard was amazing; our dog loved roaming around and exploring. The outdoor space is great for grilling and sitting around the fire pit. We especially loved the kitchen. It is fully appointed and the kitchen island is incredible for prep and serving. The washer dryer combo was an excellent touch and we were able to do a couple of quick washes so that everything was clean and ready to unpack at home. Saving the best for last; the soaker tub in the master bedroom is luxurious and relaxing. Thank you, Tina. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! The home was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. It's exactly as described but even more spacious than I expected. They put a lot into making guests feel welcome, including prompt communication, a quick walk through to explain where things are, numerous suggestions for the surrounding area, and even a tray of welcome cookies! I came for a 50k trail race, so the hot tub was a perfect added bonus. I HIGHLY suggest booking this property, and I'll definitely be back to spend some time at the beach.
