We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

The Camber Beach House is such a special place! The house is absolutely stunning, unbelievably homely and has everything you may want or need! The garden is divine, the shared spaces are well organised and exceptionally decorated and the bedrooms are generous and comfortable. It is rare that a stay looks even better in real life than in photos, but everything was exactly as described but even more amazing. We loved exploring the art and finding hilarious gems hidden across all rooms. The host, Jeani, is the kindest person and she proactively send us all details with clear instructions, offered us early check-in and late check-out and made sure to share local recommendations that made our stay even more special. Thank you!

The location was fantastic and we even managed to squeeze our car in the space. The house was spotless and having two bathrooms was a godsend. Finally a really big thank you. The journey took 7 hours not 4. We missed dinner and our 1 year old was starving. Thank you so much for the butter and eggs, scrambled eggs on toast was just the ticket for him after being in the car for such a long time.

We had a lovely stay. The property was ideal for my elderly mother having no steps and plenty of space to move around. It was clean and well appointed just like the description.

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

We had an amazing bank holiday break here at this venue. We based our stay around spending a day in one of the local seaside towns we choose Margate being only 22 minutes away from this venue which was perfect distance after a busy day we looked forward to getting back and putting on our hot tub to unwind. With amazing views and sunsets it was not hard to do so. The venue its self is very cute and cosy with perfect ambiance. Very clean and the host was very accommodating for any questions we had about the surrounding area i.e shops and travel. We had a party of four (2 couples) and we all agreed that it was 100% worth every penny and we would most definitely return here if we ever want to return to the area. Nothing bad what so ever to say about the venue what so ever. Only downside we didn’t think ahead about our food for the weekend which left us relying on uber and also the local taxi firm is a lot cheaper then you get at the towns so I would recommend them if travelling out.

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.

Our 2nd stay at this awesome property. It really does need to be experienced to get the full feel for the property. It is huge with so many great spaces and things to do. Really cant recommend Arun's place enough
