In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home in our backyard. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

Our home is located in the vibrant community of Eastown, a walkable & diverse neighborhood in Grand Rapids with a wonderful small business district. The non-smoking guest space is on a quiet residential street of families and children... If your visit won't fit that vibe you may be happier elsewhere. At the side entrance to our home you’ll find a well lit door with a keyless lock system . Entrance to the private guest space is down the stairs.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
