Houhora is surrounded by lots of fabulous NZ beaches.

This spacious, self standing and self contained one bedroom cottage is very privately located within our organic citrus orchard just 5km outside of Kerikeri town. It's double glazing, full insulation, mosquito screens and heat pump/aircon give it the perfect setting to relax or to explore the Bay of Islands. Waitangi Self Contained Studio

Fully self contained, quiet and private yet located close to beach, boat ramp, supermarket and cafes. Newly built and cozy with plenty of outdoor flow. The shower although private it is outside. May not suit everyone. There are bikes and a touring kayak. At high tide there is access to the Waitangi river and plenty enough time to paddle to Haruru falls or Paihia and back.
