We loved our stay at Mollie’s cabin!! We loved the wild life and the peacefulness of the area. The Top Bar at the entrance of the property was so welcoming and enjoyable. The live music was great! We will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Ashley for being such a fantastic host!

We loved it there. Beautiful, peaceful, able to disconnect from the outside world and connect with each other. Close to town and restaurants. Seen some deer 🦌 Soaked in the hot tub, grilled… the bed is soooo comfy. It was the perfect space for the getaway we so needed!

Texas Haus was a perfect place for our honeymoon and first trip to Fredericksburg. The location was perfect. It was private but only 15 minutes to town. The cabin was beautiful and exactly as described. Our favorite thing was the outdoor space on the back porch. We loved having the hummingbirds and being able to see different wildlife. We even got to pet the neighbor’s grazing miniature horses one evening! We ate outside each day and enjoyed the hot tub also. It’s a perfect place and we hope to be back!

Such a great property, and our cabin was so comfortable, and had everything we needed. Living and kitchen area is spacious and open, very nice bathroom (awesome water pressure on the showerhead), and the bed was comfortable. Despite the outside temps having reached freezing during our stay, the bedroom kept nice and warm, the main area didn’t keep as warm though. The hot tub, perfect…and the view of the stars, amazing. We hadn’t seen this many stars at other parts of Texas that we have stayed at, and this was such a treat. We didn’t cook at the cabin, but the kitchen is spacious and comfortable for cooking for anyone who plans to. Overall, we couldn’t have picked a better property for the type of relaxing and outdoorsy getaway than Basecamp. We plan on coming back and checking out the other cabins and/or tents! Thank you all for sharing these gems! The property has an awesome lake for kayaking, a walking trail and other walking areas.

We wanted a place to relax and enjoy nature and we got just that. Deer right out the back door, turkeys, and armadillos. The house is so cute and has all that 2 people need. The hot tub was relaxing and the robes were a nice touch. Less than a 10 minute drive to main St for all the shopping, food, and drinks you need. Great cottage. We will go back.

Just had our second stay at Rhonda's place. We love it there! Secluded and peaceful, but just a short drive to Kerrville. The cabin is clean and nice. Outside behind a little fence are three friendly horses (pet-able). Our dogs also love it here with good space for taking walks and lots to sniff. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay and our pups did too! definitely reccomend walking the trail to the observation deck! Cant stop talking about this stay!

Absolutely beautiful, the restaurant on the ranch was amazing. We stayed 3 nights had plans in Fredericksburg, went to Sea World and saw a concert at Luckenbach. Will definitely book again!! Wildlife right out your back door!!

The stay with Brian is a Dog Owner's dream come true!! The space is perfect for a single traveler or a couple - the bed was comfy, had all the cooking utensils I needed to make my delicious vegan food, and I even made friends with someone at a nearby cabin! Kicking myself for not using the kayaks in his river space across the street (there are 4 and 3 other canoes!) but I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the beautiful trees at Cabin 4 and the use of a small fenced in yard! Brian boards dogs on property for extra cash flow but you wouldn't know it because the dogs were so well-behaved! I appreciated that. If you're looking for things to do - Louise Hay Park in Kerrville is just 15m away - very well kept, and has a swimming area in the Guadalupe! Me and some friends (who stayed at a separate location) enjoyed it so much we went twice! We hung out on floaties and just enjoyed the HUGE Cypress trees and just being in the river. 10 outta 10 - would stay here again. ESPECIALLY if travelling with dogs!

last minute get away, for peace and some pool time. it was excalty what we were looking for. Cathy was great and helpful.

The cabin was perfect for our needs with space to spread out our things and comfortable for our short stay. The river trail is literally just a minute walk away and it's beautiful to get out for some fresh air. Deer all over the area which was fun to see on our walks. Coffee place, dive bar/restaurant, gas station/convenience store all within easy walking distance. Short drive to Fredericksburg for a nice day trip. Finding the place is easy enough with the cabins all labelled with a number on the door. Keyless entry was great! If you need internet access for work though you may consider bringing a hotspot. WiFi was available but was not super fast and the signal cut pretty often. The TV in the cabin is a bit older and slow but we didn't really use it much at all. The mini fridge in the room works great unlike a lot of places I've stayed. We didn't grill (this time...) but there are several BBQ grills around the property that seem to be open for use. Looking forward to our next stay!

We had a great time! The place is secluded and peaceful and Veronica was a great host. The place is as described . Great beds, great linen. Hope they get more rain soon so the private spot has more water but we spent the days at the water hole and the National Park. Bring your camping chairs! We will definetly come back .

I booked this place for my boyfriends birthday in Fredericksburg. The Airbnb was perfect and secluded. The views were amazing and the cabin was spacious. Jean gave us lots of local recommendations too. We will definitely be back as we felt our trip was too short 💕💕

Daniel’s place is a true Paradise. The cabin is comfortable and roomy enough for up-to 3-4 people and has thoughtful features like some snacks, a coffee machine and TV with streaming services. The bed was very comfortable and the area is so quiet and peaceful it was a true break from everything. The waterfront property is just across the road with access to lake, kayaks, hammocks, a fire pit and plenty of grills to bbq. You can sense the thoughtfulness Daniel has put into every little thing - the green areas, the fire pit and the covered pavilion. He is also the most gracious and responsive host ever. Will answer all your questions almost immediately. It’s well worth a visit and we will definitely return.

This cabinet was in a great location and was really nice and comfortable and very peaceful. There was lots of room inside and the host had lots of extra little things inside in case you forgot anything like first aid items and kitchen items which were really helpful and thoughtful. Love how set up the cabin was this was great find and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Fredericksburg…we loved it!!!!

Daniel’s place was a relaxing and quaint hill country oasis. We just went to relax and getaway and enjoyed the beautiful scenery by the clear running river. Daniel was an excellent host and right on point. Appreciated the warm welcome and many blessings to him.

Once again, an absolutely wonderful time at the sweet cabin and the awesome riverfront! So very peaceful! Enjoyed our visits with Daniel… enjoyed hearing of his family’s story! We so highly recommend this place!!
