Peaceful surroundings in a small secluded town but still only 10 minutes to Odense central station in car. There are no public transportation possibilities. Come by var or bicycle. Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

Nice and charming apartment in the very center of Odense, close to train station (10 min walk) and pedestrian streets with shopping. cafes and restaurants. The apartment consists of large kitchen, two bedrooms, one bath, two living rooms where one is with extra sleeping possibility. Washing facilities in common laundry room and private parking in the back yard. There is possibility to enjoy fresh air in the common garden. Being central with city life can cause some noise during weekends.

Cosy apartment in the city center.

The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

Apartment is built in 2018, it's nice and cosy, in a good location. For your comfort there is a dishwasher, washing and drying machines, iron, iron board, fully equipt kitchen, balcony, TV. Also there is always tee and coffee for you. Location: 15 min from Odense centre; 10 min from the train station; 1 min from supermarkets. Med letbanen kommer du let til Syddansk Universitet (Sdu), Rosengårdscentret, Tarupcenteret. Med øje for allergi: •grundig rengøring hver gang! •ingen tæpper. • sengelinned mv er vasket med vaskemiddel uden parfume og uden brug af skyllemiddel.
