This charming Boathouse, a garage for boat & trailer, has been converted into a Tiny House space for two, overlooking the ocean from the bed, fitted with every necessity & convenience. Private, peaceful, and a 3min drive to the beach _ or a 5-10 min walk (300m) down the dune. Bird life, whales & dolphins love this bay.

"Bird Song" is named after the host of bird calls that greet you each morning (and the night jars that you hear after dark). The architect designed timber structure is set on a slope with views through and over the fynbos and right at the edge of pristine Indigenous Forest. A wood fired fireplace ensures you are (relatively) warm in winter.

Situated half way between Knysna and Plettenberg bay we are in a green belt, within the indigenous forest there is cycling and hiking trails. The beaches and all amenities are within a 20 min drive. This farm grows organic vegetables and is transitioning to an off the grid lifestyle.
