This place was very lovely! Went with my family of 10, felt like a wonderful getaway. The lake is absolutely beautiful (it is a little difficult to get to, lots of stairs and rocks). But nothing beats the view of the lake in the morning with the sun glistening on the water. All the beds were very comfortable. Although there wasn't any AC, we were lucky it was a cool weekend so that wasn't too much of an issue for us. If you want some time to relax and bbq all weekend, this was the perfect place to do it at! I also loved the garden surrounding the house. Beautiful work!

Rob and Cathy’s house was super clean and very comfortable. Close to town and walkable to many fun things in Algoma. We will be back next year ❤️

We enjoyed our stay very much. The area was beautiful and the owners were very helpful. Despite the snow and ice, parking and getting in and out of the house were easy. The house was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kewaunee, we’d recommend this one.

From the start the host was very helpful. Originally this vacation was planned for a work office bonding fishing trip but the group fell apart due to personal reasons. The host made an exception and let us reschedule. We were very thankful from the start. When we did get to the location on the rescheduled date the town felt homie from the start. Historical, with lots of charm and character. When we arrived to the house it was exactly what we expected and even more. The house was clean and organized, well set up in almost every way. Game room kept us busy as well! Beautiful lake view from the front and the back of the house. Jacuzzi has a straight view of the lakefront. Plenty of kitchenware to use , basically everything you need besides a pizza cutter and peeler. 😁 But above and beyond , we ended up extending TWICE! That’s how peaceful and at home we felt. Exactly what we needed. Very thankful for the great host and highly recommended to anyone planning to visit door county!

My wife and I had a great stay here over Thanksgiving! Juanita was friendly and responsive and gave us a helpful recommendation when we told her we planned to travel to Green Bay. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed (plus a beautiful view of the lake!) We'll definitely stay here next time we're in the area. The fact that it was a short walk to the shoreline through a nice neighborhood was a great perk as well.

all our friends and family had a very memorable time. spacious and private house and surroundings. Emily was very helpful during checkout and let us stay a few hours longer, which was very nice and we appreciated a lot. Definaty returning here!

This space was just what we were looking for: quiet, peaceful, inviting and clean. We loved the fact that there was no noisy from any where other than the lake crashing in on the rocks. Yes, a few cars did drive by, but honestly, it was still so peaceful. The views of sunset and sunrises where amazing. It helped that is was a Full Harvest moon and was straight in front of us! We did enjoy driving around and seeing all the lighthouses in the area. The house still had it old style charm. Loved everything about it! We will be back in a few years! (other places to explore)

Great little place! Clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. The winery, cidery, and lake are right across the street. We were in town hiking part of the Ice Age Trail and this was a perfect spot to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Steele Magnolia. The apartment was pristine and looks exactly as the photos. They have provided excellent amenities. Towels, bedding and toiletries are superb. The location couldn’t be better. Lake view, great park and boardwalk for the furry kids. Staying in Algoma is great. You can spend a day in Door County and come back to this beautiful unit for peace and quiet. Great restaurants and shops within 2-3 blocks. We plan to return!

Krissi, we enjoyed our stay at your place. We had breakfast on 4th street. We could not find the recycling so we left it in the kitchen. But took out the garbage. Thank you, it was very comfortable. Laurie

This place was great! We got married at the local venue this weekend and wanted a comfortable place to be to get ready with the girls and somewhere relaxing after. The location was two blocks away, right next to a breakfast shop, and incredibly clean. The two bathrooms were spectacular to have, and the back deck was wonderful to sit out on in the morning sipping coffee overlooking the lake.

Sara was an excellent host. As soon as we walked there was a 6-pack of the local beer to get us started. She was helpful with restaurant tips and agreeable to disability requests. Thank You Sara!!!
