If you’re looking for the perfect spot to stay in the Keys, stop scrolling and book this place already! Christina was a dream host—friendly, helpful, and on top of everything (seriously, if hosting were an Olympic sport, she’d have gold). The house was super clean, well-stocked, and everything worked like a charm. Location? Spot on—close to all the stores you might need when you inevitably forget sunscreen, snacks, or, in our case, half our luggage. The dock handled our 24-ft boat like a champ, and waking up to those canal views? Chef’s kiss. Already planning our next trip back!

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

This spot was great! The home is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located at the very end of an inlet, offering a waterfront setting but I wouldn't call it picturesque. While we didn’t have a boat, it looked like getting one in and out would be easy for an experienced boater. The house was spotless—you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything related to rest and relaxation was truly top-notch. The home is well-stocked with basic necessities for living, though if you have specific cooking preferences or comfort items, you should make a quick trip to the store. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of some occasional noise from the nearby airport—but that’s just part of being in Marathon. Parking was easy, the pool was great, and everything matched the description perfectly. We highly recommend

We had a wonderful family vacation at Naomi’s place. The place was perfect for our family of 4. There was so much to do to keep our active family busy. The house was well stocked with everything you may need for meals. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect for storing. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to the keys!

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! The house was fantastic; it was clean and very comfortable. My family and I had the best time and felt right at home… just more relaxed! My kids especially liked the pool and the beautiful outdoor space. The house was stocked with all the basics to get us started for our week, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the proximity to the beach was unmatched.

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this property. We liked it because it is very easy to get to, has it's own beach, and has plenty of room for a family. Key Colony is a real gem IMHO. We wanted a property that put us in a central location in the keys - 45 minutes to Islamadora, a little over an hournl from Key West, but in a place that is great for snorkeling and water activities. This place fits that perfectly. The property is easy to check into to, Yuni give a code in advance for the door. Parking is under the building in the shade (big plus) and right in front of the elevator. Super convenient! The kitchen is nice, we cooked meals on probably 3 nights. Beds were comfortable and there is a washer/dryer that is really nice to have on vacation. Great host for sure. If in the keys again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again as it was a very positive experience.

The condo and the whole condo complex was beautiful. The pool was great, with an awesome view. Plenty of places to sit at the pool and in the surrounding areas. One thing to note is that the condo has no closets and no place to hang clothes. Wasn’t a huge deal for us, as we were able to put things on shelves. Frank was very responsive when we needed something. The Marathon area has plenty of things to do and it’s close enough for a day trip to Key West.

Place was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the down time. Enjoyed laying on the beach and soaking up the sun. Only thing I can say negative is the tide was high and had lots of seaweed so u couldn’t get in the water but that’s out of ur control. Definitely somewhere we will return too in the future.

This is a lovely place and convenient to Key West. Rhonda responded to questions/concerns immediately. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in at any AirBNB. As Goldilocks said” Not too hard not too soft, just right.” If you like Tempur-Pedic you will probably like this bed.

Wonderful views, quiet. Clean and had free laundry. Just what we were looking for. Beautiful property with balcony, patio and rooftop deck. Centrally located and close to shopping Good places to eat nearby

Indira’s place was very clean and so relaxing for our family. We liked watching fishing boats come and go while sitting in patio. Marathon is a great place to visit with so many family friendly parks and attractions nearby. I recommend it.

We enjoyed a week at this place. Everything was perfect. The view was excellent and it was very quiet. The place was very clean and I was surprisingly happy with the amenities. The community pool was well kept. I will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Danielle was a wonderful host, and her place was absolutely beautiful. Great location, and the biggest plus was that they offered convenient items on property for use at the beach, kayaking in the bay, and just clean fun while taking an easy day around the house. We had everything we needed plus more while there. I would certainly consider staying there my next trip to the keys. Marathon Key was my favorite, anyway. 10/10 recommend this property.

We had a great time! Awesome community with walkable restaurants and bars. We loved the local beaches. The people at the complex were super nice. Our four boys loved running from the pool to the beach. Everyone we met was very nice. Great instructions and recommendations. Loved it!

Fantastic Last-Minute Stay! We decided last minute—just the night before—to extend our stay in the Keys, as our kids were having a blast during their break. Our original place of stay in Marathon wasn’t available for another night, but thankfully, Frank’s place was. Even with our 11 p.m. booking, Frank was incredibly accommodating. He welcomed us warmly and communicated everything clearly, making check-in a breeze. If we take another family trip to the Keys, Frank’s place will be my first choice—I only wish we had found it sooner! The views of the water were stunning, and watching the sunset from the porch was truly exhilarating. Highly recommend!

Angela’s space was neat, clean and well stocked. When we had questions, she answered immediately. When we couldn’t find a can opener she quickly brought us a new one and even included a sweet treat! We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thanks Angela!!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Great spot to spend days for vacation. Great service by office staff. They took care of all requests we had in the most friendly manner. The hotel is located right on the water, so views were great. Nice pool and great vibe. Would highly recommend.

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

I really enjoyed my first time in the keys and this condo was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. I loved that it was in a central location to the other islands and that I was able to cook meals to save some money. Everyone in the complex was friendly.
