The villa is super cozy in the eastern part of the island near Chaweng beach. The pool is really nice, rooms were clean as well as bathrooms. Had a leak on the second day in the kitchen but the host was extremely responsive and within an hour and a half it was fixed so it's great if there is any issue. The villa is in a perfect location on this very steep and hilly mountain with the jungle club very close which is a nice place to eat and drink, but it's also a 15 minute walk from the main road which allows you to get a songthaew (pickup truck taxi) which is much cheaper then Grab. Finally there is easy communication with the host via what apps which makes the whole stay much more comfortable and serene. To top it off, the villa just looks super good with nice architecture.

Lovely villa, as described. Accommodated nine (4 adults 5 children youngest four years old) with a bedroom to spare. It felt very safe and secure. Pool is great, lovely breakfast is included daily. Private chef Nittaya cooks excellent Thai and European food and can be booked for lunch and dinner. She will buy ingredients and cook what you wish. James will look after you, arranging taxis, outings etc. Thank you, we would have stayed longer if we could

Excellent place to stay. Lots of room. It is away from the action, but easy to get around using Grab. Eric was very accommodating and communicated well.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Julia. The villa is just as you see it in the pictures on the listing. We are a family of ten, aged 11-85, and the villa was perfect for us. Spacious with lots of family space to sit together, inside and outside. The pool was great for our four children and enjoyed by all the family. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, with en-suite for each bedroom. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. The added bonus was the amazing service from James and the team, who were so kind and helpful, quickly responding to our questions and requests. James organised airport transfers, taxis, restaurant bookings and trips. James is kind and caring and a real attribute to the villa. We had the chef service for our first evening and breakfast the first day, then another meal. It was delicious. But quite expensive compared to eating out. The villa is very peaceful but a little off the beaten track, so recommend car hire to get about.

We had a great stay, and the villa is pretty much as shown in the pictures, although it is looking tired in some places. The outside area and the pool are amazing. The location as we expected is very remote and you definitely need a car even to get to the local supermarket. The main hustle and bustle and good beaches are at the other end of the island so you need to be prepared to drive 30 minutes to 45 minutes each day if that’s where you want to be. Noy the host was very helpful in arranging car hire taxes massages and always on hand if you needed her but not in anyway intrusive. there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the bathrooms were all great however I must mention the beds are very firm. With regards to the electricity we ended up paying a hundred English pound which was for 3 people for 2 weeks and we were out most days, so bear this in mind. Overall a fantastic day and would definitely recommend.

Its a lovely house if u look for a quiet place. The property is very big with one side house and big garden. Other side pool and bar house also with big garden. We enjoyd, are daugther have many place to play and enjoy many time at the pool. The communication with Wipa is very good she response right away. If u want to go around the eiland u will need some transportation. We love the place and when we come back samui we will first look if the house free.

Diese Unterkunft war mehr wie wir erwartet haben. Nicht nur, dass man herzlich und persönlich (aber trotzdem flexibel) in Empfang genommen wurde - wir hatten den Transfer mit gebucht - wir wurden auch mit zusätzlichen Infos rund um versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte ist zusätzlich zu dem professionellen Umgang mit uns auch die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung. Wir waren etwa eine Woche vor Ort und obwohl es wirklich ausreichend Handtücher gab, wurde die Unterkunft inklusive Pool 2x gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Darüber wurden wir vorab via Messenger-Service informiert sowie die entsprechende Uhrzeit kommuniziert. Es war einfach, unkompliziert und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Mit Roller ist alles einfach zu erreichen, aber auch für den ersten oder den letzten Tag kann man problemlos das Nötigste zu Fuß erreichen. Taxiservice usw. wird außerdem von der Unterkunft angeboten. 100% Empfehlung - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful holiday at Chaweng noi villa The villa is in a quiet and secluded location. That said, there are plenty of activities and the beach close by. The house itself is beautiful. Large bedrooms and clean pool. Very pleased with the owners Yuri and Lana they were very helpful. 5/5 recommend!

We spent 3 weeks at Jana's villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern, spacious and private, with amazing views over the ocean and access straight on to a beautiful, quiet beach, absolute paradise! There was the most helpful staff on site everyday, early morning to evening, to clean the villa and provide great food and drinks at the small beach bar/restaurant right next to the villa. If you want to eat and drink in the privacy of the villa, no problem at all, the ladies will prepare and then serve for you wherever you wish. Such nice people. Fantastic massages available whenever you wish, either in the villa or on the beach, Nok the therapist was a genius. We went on several unbelievable island boat trips with Jana's son Martin who has his own boat, unforgettable experiences and would highly recommend, such a great guy and always around to help. Perfect beach for young children, such shallow, clear and warm water, protected by a reef not far from shore, so really calm and safe. Communication with Jana beforehand was excellent and also on hand throughout our stay to answer questions and give really great local recommendations. A really nice lady who makes such a big effort. We found an absolute gem with this villa located in such a peaceful, natural and beautiful part of the island. We will be returning in the near future for sure.

From start to finish everything was amazing! Highly recommend. We had 7 people and the space was perfect…the best beach was right here where we stayed. We went to other beaches and nothing really compared. The beach club and the Shi Shi restaurant both amazing! The spa services the best! I’m very picky about places to stay and would definitely come back.

Très joli cadre arboré bien entretenu et très calme, avec une belle piscine et une grande terrasse autour ainsi que des douches, des toilettes et un sauna. Maison, et cuisine, bien équipée, avec une terrasse abritée. Mikki/Mikko (le propriétaire) très agréable et serviable. Le seul bémol, être motorisé.

Omg what a beautiful stay in this comfy jungle getaway! It’s a great place if you would like to recalibrate to nature and feel at home somewhere in your stay on Samui. I had so much fun with my Thai grandma, Payip, the grande madam of the house. I did not rent a bike for my week there, mostly enjoyed the solitude and one day walked 40 mins to the beach, which was glorious — the nature walk and the ocean experience. Just make sure to bring plenty of food to cook aside from the breakfast they lovingly offer, if you aren’t going to rent a bike. Enjoy!

really nice villa with an amazing pool, huge balcony and a lots of space - 5 bedrooms in total ! might not b very child friendly tho...

excellent place. we loved our stay. the house is big enough and we had what we need to spend many days. the nature around the house is beautiful. we felt in home. there a few restaurants around, and some supermarket/mini market close to the house. the beach is 10-15 min walking the main lamai main center is 40-50 minutes walking. there are also some bike rental places closer we will definitely come back.

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte mit allem was man braucht. Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht alles funktioniert, so etwa AppleTV, Stereo Anlage, usw. Die Küche ist aber gut ausgestattet, für die tolle Nespresso Maschine bekommt man Caps im "BigC" Market. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Haus mit Infinity Pool und grandiosem Ausblick.

Beautiful Villa in a resort property, managed by a set of Lovely hosts. Beach is a short golf cart ride away with a lot of activities to do for all ages.

Loved this place! My favourite Airbnb experience to date! It looks even better than the photos The location: out of the way slightly up the mountain, very private and quiet, felt like a peaceful retreat. We hired a car which made it so easy to get around Actual Airbnb: The room is even better than the photos, very comfortable and gets a lot of breeze if doors are left open, stays very cool. the whole property is stunning, the breakfast in the mornings is incredible, the staff that work there are so friendly and Kristin is so personable and a great host. Wish I could’ve stayed longer and will be going back. Loved the personal recommendations and the pool area with lounge chairs etc.

Had a great time staying at this villa, such breathtaking views, great location 10mins from Lamai, 20mins from Chaweng with lots of great restaurants and bars. Finally Jerome himself and his team that take care of the villa were all great people. Would love to return to Koh Samui and will definitely be choosing this villa if we can.

За садом и бассейном персонал следит каждый день. Ощущение чистоты и ухоженности пространства. Есть шампунь, гель, мыло, ватные палочки. Кухня укомплектована, есть всё чтобы поддерживать чистоту. Удобная постель и бельё. В каждой комнате есть фумигатор от москитов, безопасно. На веранде красивая мебель, мы наслаждались уединенными завтраками, которые готовили сами среди птиц, пальм, цветущих деревьев. Соседи со всего мира, очень приветливые, хозяева поддерживают дружественную атмосферу, вы сразу чувствуете себя частью дружественного сообщества. Многие признались, что планируют путешествие под свободные даты, чтобы остановиться здесь. Есть отличный, чистый бассейн, несколько шезлонгов с зонтами. Пара минут от красивого пляжа Lamai. Каждый дом часть общего ансамбля, живая изгородь и пение птиц!
