It was a wonderful stay at Santosh Property, the flat was vert neat and clean, a perfect hygiene maintained inside the flat, Flat is having all the amenities which are required for a comfortable stay, Very Safe & secure placed with 24×7 security & cctv surveillance, Santosh is a great host & a very genuine & downtoearth host, checkin & checkout process was seamless, swiggy, zomato & ola, uber services were very fast, grocery, medical shops & Atms are just outside the society gate, Balewadi highstreet is very closeby, i highly recommend this property to all who wants clean, hygienic, comfortable & peaceful stay in Pune, i will visit again very soon !! I stayed there with family. Pratik was an extremely responsive and considerate host, right from the first inquiry. The place is as good as it gets. The description on Airbnb was fairly accurate. It's in a desirable housing complex. The flat is extremely spacious and has all that one needs to stay comfortably with family. Any minor shortcomings were immediately taken care of by the host. There was zero interference from the host and he always checked in if everything was okay. This sort of freedom is essential, esp. when you are staying with your family. Highly recommended.

I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at BnB. Everything was well taken care of, and Shruti is a great host, very responsive and helpful. I felt right at home. The location is perfect, and the sunrise view from the room is absolutely stunning. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful 1 BHK! ✨ The space is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The hosts are warm, friendly, and always approachable 😊 The cute balcony with a river view was a highlight, and having cafes and grocery stores right downstairs was super convenient. The place is more beautiful in real than it looks in photos. The Building is one of the greatest localities of the area. Gated community completely safe and so beautiful and serene just touching the highway. All the cafes lounges are easily accessible along with the major offices in corporate areas. Ajinkya was a wonderful host always available to suggest restuarants or any help. The caretaker Shubham is also a very nice guy always reachable and always there to help you out in case of any issues. Must visit place when you visit Pune. I am definitely going to stay back again in the beautiful house.

Aditi is a superhost and was always available when something was needed. The apartment is in a gated community and very safe. It is in a busy area and small shops for all need are just around the corner. Several small local restaurants are also within walking distance. We stayed for 2 months and it was walking distance to the DPU University where my wife participated in an exchange programme. We recommend staying with Aditi and would not min coming back

Our stay at Shyam’s place was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The communication was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property has got this very bohemian vibe but also it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This will certainly be in top of our list to stay in Pune, we would highly recommend it.

What a wonderful experience! Ajay was an outstanding host, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, very hospitable and we got to share and experience a lot. Was really patient with explaining things around the house, entry exit, and all the other stuff. And he owns an amazing place, maintained really well. It was my first time trying airbnb, and I had a peaceful time here, Felt just like home. Would definitely plan a visit here again. Highly recommended.

The property was a good find. It was great staying there. Snehal Aunty, Yuga's mom took care like my own mother. She made scrumptious food. The place was quite clean, spacious, the neighborhood was welcoming, postive vibes all around, in short worth the money. Would definitely like to visit again!

While the neighbourhood itself is quiet and peaceful, this property takes it to another level…The moment you enter the plot, you are instantly teleported to another world…A world where nature rules and everything else including the building and yourself are all subservient to it. The architecture of the place does justice to the setting…At no point trying to be at odds with nature. The natural palate of materials used (exposed bricks, neutral grey shades resembling concrete, wooden windows and doors) with vines and creepers happily taking over the building simply all feel in perfect harmony. You wake up to the sound of birds chirping and the smell of freshness that’s hard to explain. The terrace is another world with its own ecosystem. Kranti has grown things like lemons, pomegranates, chikoos in grow bags on the terrace. What has remained with us is the early morning we spent on the terrace sitting on the amphitheater there overlooking the vines and the mountains. Great experience!
