The Loft is located is a quiet rural area, 10 minutes from Waterford City and 30 minutes from Kilkenny City. Our newly converted apartment is a self contained unit with an open plan Kitchen, Living and bedroom area. It has a cosy yet spacious feel to it, where you can relax and unwind. The sleeping area has a double bed and also a small sofa bed ( suitable for a child if required ). It also has a sizeable decking for outdoor dining. A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. You will need a car. Suitable for two adults and one small to medium size dog. There is a 25 euro fee for the dog whether you stay for one day or more. Beaches, walks and Waterford city are a 10/15 min drive. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, WC with shower, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own private garden.
