There are lovely walks from the door through fields and forest, and a chance to see the Northern Lights. The cabin is in a peaceful rural setting, but only 12 miles from the city of Inverness.

Quiet, secluded and peaceful yet perfect as a base for exploring the Highlands of Scotland. Perfect for a short relaxing break for couples or families.

The Smithy - A Highland Hideaway

A recently completed barn conversion, The Smithy is now a spacious but cosy one bedroom cottage set in a rural idyll near Loch Ness and only 3 miles off the North Coast 500 route. You can enjoy private access through a shared garden and we have free parking available on the drive. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
