This is a revitalization zone with character: some blight, sure, but also a strong sense of community, and a refreshingly diverse, welcoming vibe.

Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and so many cute shops.

One of a kind waterfront home located on the St. Clair River, with 120’ of uninstructed view of Canada’s Stag Island. Completely remodeled 900 sq ft home that sits very privately on the edge of the river. Remodeled to give you a yacht-like experience. The freighter and yacht traffic is incredible. Lots of decking and a private dock, for great fishing. Nice for a private relaxing getaway. In quiet family neighborhood. No parties or events. Note: Boat hoist has been removed.

Cozy Cabin Retreat

Escape to our cozy Bunkie — a peaceful retreat for two. Enjoy crisp cotton sheets, and a fluffy Canadian down duvet. Unplug, slow down, and soak in the charm of simple rural living. The bunkie comes equipped with a toaster and fridge, kettle and French press coffee maker. There are no showering facilities. There is a composting toilet available in our bathroom bunkie that is situated right beside the main bunkie. Breakfast can be served for an additional $20 per person.

Berrys' Happy Hideaway A quaint home nestled on a private wooded acre, a 1 minute walk to the famous Wadhams to Avoca bike trail. Downtown Port Huron is a 12 minute drive away, as is the Pine River Nature Center & hiking trails. Enjoy wonderful food and beverages in Port Huron or watch freighters on the river.
