Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

Very walkable area - we went to supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shop on foot. For our summer visit, it was great to have the beach immediately behind the building (across a lane) and to see the water from the upstairs deck.

This is the cutest (updated) Craftsman, it felt unique to be lodging in older Reno history, so close to the riverwalk (less than 2 blocks) and quick access to all the cool artsy vibes and flavors Reno has to offer. I especially appreciated and enjoyed the refreshed kitchen full of useful gadgets. Kelly keenly fused furnishings of the time with modern comforts. Beds were newer, soft, yet firm enough and comfortable. I especially loved the hard wood floors, in the front of the house, vintage windows, tile work and unique rugs. Neighbors were kind/patient with AirBnB. This was a perfect fit for our needs; two full bathrooms, two quality beds, kitchen to work in, a washer & dryer, a spot to enjoy morning coffee and centrally located to the riverwalk. Great place, very clean and organized. Really spacious and roomy. Would recommend to others. Only complaint is having to check in at 4pm and getting 1/3rd of a day while having to pay full price for that night. Paying full price for a night and only getting to enjoy the place for not even half the day is such a rip. More of a general Airbnb complaint though. If you’re making me checkout at 10 am then I should be able to check into the place at 10am. Airbnb sucks though this is nothing new.

Wonderful place and location. Highly recommend for a large group ski trip.

We had a great stay at Cindy’s place for a spring ski trip. The house is very well maintained and had everything we could want. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. The views of the lake from the hot tub and balcony are amazing. One small downside: the house is located right on the road to access this subdivision. It didn’t bother us, but other properties might be more secluded.

This beautifully appointed Airbnb was an exceptional stay and river retreat. The back patio opens up to nature and the Truckee River. The large kitchen and two master suites are lovely. It was a clean, quiet, and welcoming stay. We will be back.

An amazing property right on the Lake. You can sit on the deck overlooking the water and snow capped mountains and sit in the hot tub after a day skiing. The main house was well appointed and had a beautiful gas fireplace. The guest cabins allow for privacy for groups. The main house has easy access with a numeral code provided the day before check-in and the host was very responsive. I look forward to staying again!

We were visiting Lake Tahoe for a wedding and found Linda's place - it was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Super clean, had everything that we needed, spacious enough for our family and close to most places so we walked. If we go back to Incline Village (which I hope we do!), I'd love to stay here again!

Beautiful place great view I highly recommend very nice all

It's a beautiful place in a great location--a 5 mintue walk from Boreal, and a very short drive to other ski resorts, such as Royal Gorge, where we went. the layout of the condo is nice, with the public spaces on a separate floor from the two bedrooms. The amenities were all very nice; in addition, Lisa and Jason were very responsive when we had questions about miscellaneous things. The whole complex was very quiet as well.

Great place for skiing at Palisades

Anne is a wonderful host — we felt right at home the moment we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring charming pottery for olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and spices. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful complex just a short walk from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. When my son wasn’t feeling well after skiing, Anne kindly extended our check-out time so we could get some extra rest — we were very grateful for her thoughtfulness and generosity. With grocery stores and restaurants nearby, like Safeway, it was easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. We highly recommend this lovely place!

What a wonderful, wonderful, beautiful home. Clean, extremely well-equipped, and the most glorious setting on the edge of the lake. Communication with the owner was super helpful, thorough, and immediate. No disappointments! We loved our stay and can't recommend highly enough.

The place was perfect for what I needed and the hosts were very responsive. It was a great location! The bed is super comfy. The place is a bit dated but it had most of what I needed. If you like it dark, there are vertical blinds, but no curtains as pictured or blackout shades and it was a bit bright from exterior lights and the sun in the morning.
