We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

We had a lovely stay! Diane was very attentive and kind. The home was exactly how it looked in the pictures and was spotless. Very peaceful surroundings. Would definately recommend a stay here!

Very nice home with nice furniture and all the basics you need for the week. Very friendly host staff. Super easy to get to the beach with small walkway right across the street.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jody’s place! Everything was excellent! The place was exactly like the photos and squeaky clean. We had everything we needed and more! Truly hope to come back in the future. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you for such a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was updated and clean. I really loved that it wasn't overstuffed with trinkets or decor, very simply and not overstimulating. This was a last minute trip and the host accommodated us wonderfully. We will be saving this BnB and coming back for a longer stay!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.
