The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

There are plenty of lovely walks in and around the village too. We have books and games and Alexa and the TV is Netflix enabled. It's time to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
