An absolutely amazingly beautiful little cottage with very peaceful surroundings! Mark and Tracey were perfect, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay for our mini moon! Mark the food was delicious and there was plenty of it! Mark lit a BBQ for us one night and when we went up he had laid plates of spices and herb butter! The cottage was clean and cosy! Plenty of fresh towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! We are so glad we picked you guys for a memorable stay! We will see you at Glasto in June xx

We loved our stay in the cottage! It was so calm and peaceful. Peter had thought of everything and there was so many lovely little touches that just made it for us. We couldn’t recommend this place enough for a romantic retreat away!

This is a lovely Airbnb. We stayed for five days, and had torrential rain for the first few — which we spent snuggled up on the sofas, enjoying the fire and underfloor heating, and making the most of the fully equipped kitchen with incredibly fresh produce from the local farm shops. On the sunny, clearer days, we caught a couple of gorgeous sunsets from the hot tub and even had a go at a bit of stargazing with the telescope provided. The barn is beautifully converted; the way it lets the light in is just something else! Our dog also loved having a garden to run around in and enjoyed meeting the neighbouring cows.

Great love and care has been taken with this converted cottage. Everything is 5* accommodation is immaculate, but still homely and the attention to detail amazing, from slippers and robes for the hot tub and milk, butter, tea bags and a delicious lemon cake !! Thank you Alan and Davina, we hope to be back Xx

A beautifully kept cottage with plenty to do within walking distance, friendly locals, and an unlimited amount of nature to explore. Ceri and Daniel are great hosts, and clearly care about their guests! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would highly recommend.

Jenny and Amelia was very accommodating to me and gave me clear instructions and directions to get to the lovely Dutch Barn House. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property! Highly recommend.

This peaceful cottage is a true oasis in the Cornish countryside. Getting there means navigating the famous hedge-lined lanes—just follow Sue’s directions. The courtyard and gardens are perfect for relaxing, often with birdsong in the background, and the Jacuzzi is a luxurious bonus. Inside, the cottage is cozy and well-equipped (toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer, though you’ll still use the drying rack). Sue is a warm, responsive host who lives just steps away and offers great local tips. You’re welcomed with Cornish treats and milk in the fridge, and there’s a Tesco 10 minutes away. The location is ideal for exploring Cornwall—from Port Isaac and Tintagel to Bodmin Moor and St. Michael’s Mount (book tea and time it with the tide for a boat ride back). We even reread Jamaica Inn by Daphne DuMaurier (a copy is provided) and spotted familiar place names while driving. We’d absolutely stay again.

We had the most wonderful Christmas stay at this lovely cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout and how well equipped everything was. The cottage had all the amenities we needed to make our holiday special, from a good-sized kitchen to comfortable living spaces. Located in a quiet area just a stone's throw from the beach and cliffs, it offered us the perfect blend of relaxation and stunning views. Our host was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, their hospitality was outstanding. This cottage is ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the festive season in a beautiful setting. We can’t recommend it enough and are already hoping to return soon!

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

This cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Kristina's directions were easy to follow, including any information within the cottage. The peaceful setting made for a relaxing break.

We really enjoyed our stay here it was excellent! The cottage was lovely, with super views across to the Hoe. Some very good places to eat and drink nearby, and lots of place to walk. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return again very soon.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

Das Wuggle Cottage war ein bezaubernder Rückzugsort. Es strahlte eine Gemütlichkeit aus, die man selten findet. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer machte die Abende perfekt und hielt uns an zwei Tagen angenehm warm. Es war die perfekte Mischung aus traditionellem Charme und heimeliger Atmosphäre. 🌲🔥

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

As a group of four we had an excellent stay at Briardene. The cottage had plenty of space and was extremely well equipped and very clean and stylish. The hot tub was lovely and the quiet nights enabled a good night's sleep. There were two parking spaces which was great as the village is small with narrow roads. The village pub was warm and welcoming and the food was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A really cosy and comfortable cottage in a beautiful location in east Devon. Was very simple to get to Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, and there was also lovely areas to walk arouns right by the cottage. Cottage nicely spacious and had everything we needed.
