The people here are the absolute best! Super nice and accommodating, would stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family! Amazing place!

We chose the tiny house for waterfront access. It was just the two of us but could easily host a family. Kitchen is well stocked, BBQ grill available. The resort is on the water, there’s an area to swim and several boat slips that you can fish from. The resort is a clean property all the amenities are in working order. It’s older, could use some updates, but doesn’t detract from the great location or nice staff.

Freddy’s condo is beautiful, modern, spacious and very well equipped. This is our second time there and we absolutely loved our visits!! Freddy is a wonderful host and communicator!! We will definitely book our next stay with Freddy!! Aloha, Wayne and Patti

We had to rent this sweet cottage right on the water at the last minute on a busy holiday weekend. Such a great place with a beautiful view of the lake. We would love to come back and really enjoy this space in the future.

We had a great time, location was great. There’s a nearby boat rental for a day out on the lake. Condo had great cooking utensils for a large group. Due to COVID you must reserve the pool and they only allow 1 hr per day.

The place was perfect for our group, we had all of our teenagers and teen adults share the bunk room , it was perfect for us! Also, next to the dock it’s not that deep perfect for your crew that don’t know how to swim. Equipped with everything you need, we had enough towels, covers, pillows. The owners were very attentive and friendly! Great place if we come back to this area we would definitely return.

It’s been our third year in a row and we will definitely be back next year!

Our stay at Stone Home Ranch was fantastic. Wendy was an excellent coordinator, offering great area suggestions and quickly arranging firewood after our request. Her son Colby also set out firewood for the pit and Wendy even offered to mail a forgotten item. The property is stunning and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The large kitchen was fully equipped, and Wendy provided farm fresh eggs; some guests even harvested their own. The river access, kayaks, and paddleboards were major highlights. The spacious back patio was perfect for games, and the multiple balconies and master suite’s private sunroom were lovely. The bathrooms were well-designed with excellent water pressure in the showers. Enjoying coffee while hearing the rooster crow was a charming experience. We had a memorable stay and plan to return. We highly recommend Stone Home Ranch!

We had a wonderful stay, the rooms all had bathrooms which worked out great for our amount of people. Very pleasant surroundings, with a ton of deer! Our Grandkids loved the nice playground on property, we loved the outdoor patio with heater too. We would come back on our next trip to that area for sure

Rugged, peaceful, natural beauty at its finest is found at Thunderbird Lodge Cabin 21. In being tucked away at the end of the park this cabin offers a majestic multi-tiered view of the surrounding mountain ridgeline. We happened to visit in springtime, and the flowers and their accompanying butterflies are simply stunning this time of year! A massive swath of bluebonnets lines their swamp-like fingerling of Lake Buchanan and there is a plentiful variety of wildflowers throughout the area. My hubby, our two dogs, and I really enjoyed climbing Spider Mountain's challenging Eagle Hiking Trail and experiencing it all from a different perspective on the way down. The interior of cabin is lovely and oh-so spacious! Everything we needed was provided for us. I was most enamored with the porch's engraved wooden table, and the cabin overall feels comfortable and homey. The Lodge's staff are kind and easy to work with. Thanks so much for hosting our weekday getaway, Thunderbird Lodge!

This was my 2nd visit here while fishing local lakes. Communications with Stefanie were very easy. It's a small, no frills property but had everything I needed including parking for my truck and boat. The sitting area has a good large screen tv and access to Netflix and other channels. It is conveniently located to Lake LBJ and Inks Lake. Restaurants and groceries are just a couple minutes away in Kingsland. I will stay there again on future trips.

Our family stay was amazing. Definitely recommend; especially, if you have kids who love to swim. Short walk to the lake, two pools to play in, and plenty of space for my family of 5. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was a great location- it is an end unit with views of the lake from both ends of the balcony. We enjoyed watching the sun rise from the east and sunset to the west.

The host was responsive and attentive. My family and I appreciated how clean and well equipped the host keeps his condo. The view is absolutely breathtaking! We can’t wait to stay here again.
