What an absolutely beautiful apartment which was actually better in “real life” than the pictures. The furniture and fittings were of great quality, lovely condition and obviously very well looked after. Literally on the sea front, the views were fantastic. The whole apartment was immaculately clean. Simply put, I can’t believe we got this apartment for the price we did. Feeling very lucky and can’t wait to visit again!

What an amazing trip we have just enjoyed to Raychel’s beautiful cottage. The place in pristine condition and was exactly as described and reflected in the pictures. The cottage is stunning when you drive into it and as soon as you walk in the brightness and cleanliness jumps out. The kitchen and living room are fantastic and there was so much comfortable seating. So after a long day we were able to settle down and chill in front of a film. The property is in an incredible location for restaurants and of the course the beach and dreamland (ideal for my 6 year old!). Raychel was so clear and communicative throughout - access was explained with ease. Looking forward to returning in the near future!

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Well what can I say apart from perfect! I booked this to propose to my fiancé due to the coziness, setting and back ground and boy did it not disappoint! The surrounding area is phenomenal and so pretty with all the wildlife right at your door step. The room itself is perfect and you could stay there for days without needing to leave. Tracy has everything you need covered from pots and pans, to cleaning products all the way to fresh milk, butter and jams. If you need anything else shops aren’t too far either. The bath is perfect and one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever been in, the little bathroom is also amazing and far more space than first seems. The shower is lovely too! The bed is very very comfortable and with extra pillows as standard it’s even better. The whole room is decorated perfectly. The hot tub, BBQ and log burners are also a massive benefit and make it the perfect relaxing getaway! Tracy is just amazing and we can’t wait to go back again, you won’t regret it!

We had a truly wonderful retreat at the ÖÖD House the design of the house is incredible—being inside feels both cosy and luxurious, yet you’re completely immersed with nature. Watching the birds, ducks, and other wildlife so closely was such a special experience. Even though the weather wasn’t that great, it didn’t affect us at all. The layout of the house is very well thought out. The shower was fantastic, and the hot tub was absolutely perfect—hot and relaxing. We also had a lovely barbecue and spent time feeding the fish right from the deck. There were plenty of them, and they would come right up to be fed—it was surprisingly therapeutic and calming. Overall, this was a very unique and memorable stay. we enjoyed our time and would definitely love to return.

We were only able to stay for a couple of nights here, but were sad it couldn't be longer! The apartment is clean and spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need and more. The bed is very comfy and the bath is very luxurious and a wonderful way to relax, overlooking the sea! The situation is beautiful- right on the sea front which is such a treat. Teresa is a great host - great communication throughout with a welcoming and friendly manner. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's Cottage in Whitstable. It had a great location, is airy and stylishly furnished, lots of great art prints and in the typical style of an English fisherman's cottage. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well equipped and Jamie made sure we were comfortable. I only realised afterwards that dogs were allowed, but it was really very clean and you didn't notice a thing! Above all, the bed was super comfy, there was great bed linen and the shower was perfect (in some holiday homes it's a disaster). Thank you Jamie, we would love to come back!

What a little gem in the heart of Broadstairs. We felt so lucky to stay in the cottage which was so pretty. It's right in the middle of everything happening in town but also tucked away so it's not too noisy. The house itself is gorgeous with so much character. Thanks for an amazing stay!
