A huge thank you to Rebecca and AJ, as I have found my perfect place to stay in Totnes! The flat is brilliantly located, walkable in minutes from station or town but beautifully quiet. Spacious, spotless, light and airy and nicely furnished; well-equipped kitchen, big bathroom with fluffy towels and the bed (with quality crisp linen) was so comfortable I wanted to take it away with me. Lots of useful local information supplied for visitors. Grateful to my hosts for their consistently helpful and prompt communications, such as about parking etc, and also for flexibility when a car breakdown on my morning of departure meant I might’ve needed to ask for another night (I didn’t need to, but the reassurance was appreciated!) Many thanks for a lovely stay that more than fulfilled all my expectations, and I very much hope to come back for another visit.

Great stay in Torquay! Clean apartment in a peaceful location, close enough to the beach, shops, etc. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and quiet at night. Host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

The photos do not do this place justice at all. Absolutely lovely home and couldn’t recommend enough. Despite being a dog friendly place, it smelled lovely and was exceptionally clean. Host was great and communicated well. Check in was easy and the flat had everything you could possibly want. Situated a stones throw from a few shops, a petrol station, a pub and also the beach…you couldn’t pick this apartment up and drop it in a better location. We are already looking at dates to go back.

Thank you Anna and Oskar for providing such a lovely, clean and welcoming apartment. It was in a lovely quiet location, but close enough to the station and amenties in walking distance, with parking if we had needed it. Just perfect for our quick one night stay for my son and me. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Torquay.

Second time we have stayed here and as our last visit the apartment was clean modern and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great too 5 minutes walk from the town with a large private garden. Very good value for money thanks David

Excellent accommodation in a very nice & quiet location. Easy access to the town & harbour where you could find restaurants, pubs & walking routes around the local area.

Kim’s flat is exactly as pictured, me and my partner had such a wonderful stay, we felt right at home immediately and felt so lucky to be staying in such a lovely spot! I would recommend this stay to everyone, thank you so much!

We had a warm friendly welcome from Jo - especially for our greyhound! The apartment was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The location was great - just a short walk to the beach.

A cosy, clean and comfortable place to stay in a lovely part of Devon. Good positioning for walking the south west coast path. The Swan and The Ship are great pubs with fantastic food, lovely staff and with great atmosphere. Definitely a place to visit. Although we never actually met Peter he was very quick at communicating. Would recommend

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

Ideal for staying with a dog. It is walkable to the Riviera Centre and the sea. Stephen recommended places to visit.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

We had a peaceful few days here. The place is modern with all equipment we need to a high standard. You can tell that thought and care has gone into the design of the place. The bedroom and bathroom are particular highlights due to the spaciousness. Very clean throughout. Would recommend for a place to stay.

Wonderful stay, lovely place, booked last minute instead of a hotel. Great hot tub to stargaze in the evening. Wonderful added extras tea coffee etc. Great for couples. Would stay again.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Stunning accommodation and location. The hosts went above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay. We highly recommend visiting!!!

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Great place for a girls getaway. Lovely location within easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Place was clean and as described, flexible with check in and check out (due to nobody being in after us). I would stay there again.
