Internally the cottage offers comfortable accommodation & has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom. Both the living room & main bedroom have smart TVs, and comfortably sleeps 4 adults with adult sized bunks!

At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished and has 2 smart TVs and WiFi. Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. East Farwell is the wing of our Georgian Rectory, renovated 6 years ago to provide a contemporary modern home, with huge glass doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the gardens of the main house. A perfect base for one or two couples, or family (+ dog) to escape at any time of year. On the South Devon Coast path, walk out into open countryside one way or stroll to the pub, brasserie or shop the other way or its 15 minutes down to the beach. 5 minutes to the bus stop for Dartmouth.
