Our country cottage has been completely renovated into a beautiful and stylish home. It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and travel cot.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Detached + beautifully situated @ edge of village - garden views over fields + unspoilt Wolds scenery. Walks from door. Kitchen - French windows to patio. Period features, open fires, TV, fast wifi (10mbps+), spacious bedrooms: master double (others twin-double). Powered + heated summerhouse. Two patios; south-facing garden with sun all day + evening. Large drive space for multiple vehicles. Excellent walks from the door and cycle ways. Sledmere stately home is about 6 minutes drive.

Unwind in our stunning 2 bed barn conversion with its high beamed ceilings and bright and airy open plan living space, all fitted out to a high standard. The property is situated on our working farm in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, 2 miles from Malton. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York. There are lots of local village pubs within 2.5 miles of us where you can go for a drink or meal or even visit the food capital of Malton.

Situated in a tranquil village within an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village boasts a fine dining pub with other local pubs within a short distance or even visit Malton the food capital. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting Castle Howard, the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York.

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. Self cater, arrange meals provided by your host (a professional chef), or try one of the many eateries in town. Shops nearby. Your own private bathroom is situated a few yards away in the main house. You also can enjoy our beautiful garden, lily pond and friendly cat, Nina. Your hosts are always on hand to ensure a comfortable and nourishing experience.

The Mill House

Beautifully renovated 300 year old Mill House, cosy cottage feel on our working farm on the edge of the Wolds. A perfect cottage for two, tasteful and spacious bedroom with on suite bathroom. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities. Easy access to York, North York Moors, National Park and coast. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

Charlotte Cottage

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics.
