A fantastic house with good sized bedrooms and amazing open plan living space. Great views across a Christmas tree farm to the sea. Handy for Dornoch which is gorgeous, and the wider area. The house has almost everything. And the host responds fast to queries. We had an amazing time and recommend it entirely.

Absolutely beautiful house, garden and location. Just a short walk to Braemar which has lovely shops, pubs/restaurants and a huge play park. Great for walking as well. Just step outside the back gate straight into a hike with a lovely pond. Highly recommend! Fantastic hosts. Thanks very much.

This was a home of dreams! The space was beautiful and the views were gorgeous! It is a little farther out, but if you’re looking for a lovely countryside get away this is the place! Great for large groups too!

Tanglewood is an excellent Airbnb and met all our families needs. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and the hot tub was one of the highlights of the weekend. It’s a very handy location for the beach, golf or restaurants.

We love staying at Natalie’s place. Great location, close to lots of lovely walks and castles. Close to the airport. This is our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. A delicious loaf of bread, fresh apples from the garden was a lovely touch! Natalie is always very accommodating and helpful. Made us feel right at home. Hope to come back soon. Thank you.

We have stayed in many selt catering houses, and I can honestly say this is one of the very best. The house is beautiful, kitchen has everything you need, beds are super comfy, showers are great. The setup for kids is terrific. Very impressed!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. This place was a dream come true. Not only was it immaculately clean and comfortable, but it was so well-equipped. It had everything we could've possibly needed for our stay. The grounds were stunning, peaceful, and perfect for our kids. If you have young kids, there is no better place in Scotland. The sand pit and swing set were a huge hit, as were the books and toys in the house. We loved having fires by the lake at night and relaxing in the hot tub. I could go on and on about how much we loved it here. Highly highly recommend!

Thank you to Vivienne for allowing us to stay in her beautiful house. It was exactly what we needed after 2 very busy days. The hot tub went down an absolute treat. The scenery surrounding the place was incredibly beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Copperbeech. The house and location were exactly right for our needs! It’s a lovely big home and so bright and airy with a stunning view. The beds were so comfy and everything supplied - very well thought out. The garden was a super layout and interesting to wander! Alan and Elicia were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Just returned home after a fabulous 4-day break at Cluny Mains. This is a great place for a group visit. The house is cosy and well appointed and set in a beautiful location. The kitchen is ideal for big group meals, the sitting rooms are comfortable, and both have real wood fires perfect to cosy up on a cold winter evening. The location is peaceful and perfect for beautiful walks and is perfect for exploring the national park and beyond by car (Aviemore and Cairngorm ski centre are approximately 30 - 45 minutes away). Chris is a very attentive host who communicated with us well before our arrival and was on hand to provide us with any assistance and recommendations for activities and local eateries. I would not hesitate to recommend Cluny Mains to anyone looking for comfortable and peaceful accommodation in this area. We hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Croftcarnoch! The views from the farmhouse are incredible and the surroundings are so peaceful and private. It was great being able to let the kids and the dog outside, the kids loved the sandpit! Allan was a great host and was very friendly and showed us how to the work the aga and heating/hot water system and also gave recommendations for places to go for food. The farmhouse is in a great location for the highland wildlife park, the landmark forest adventure park and the steam railway which our kids loved doing! We loved spending our evenings in the conservatory room looking at the beautiful views! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We’ve had a fantastic weekend staying in the farmhouse, wonderful accommodation with an amazing view. Caroline was a great host, lots of useful information in the house & she always responded quickly to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Carols place was awesome! The location was simply stunning and the views from each window at all times of the day were mesmerising - how lucky were we to get to stay in such a fabulous property. The house was super comfy for our party of 6 adults, the rooms were huge and the 3 bathrooms were really useful. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, with a really well equipped kitchen. Carol was lovely and checked in with us to make sure we had eveything we needed even offering extra towels half way through our stay if we had needed them. Book this property - you won’t be disappointed!

Pictures of the view from the main living room/dining room was what drew me to the property and the reality did not disappoint. The house was very homely, comfortable and Isabella was friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated that there was plenty of comfortable seating for the number of people the house can accommodate to sleep. The dishwasher did not work during our visit which was an inconvenience as we were a large family group who cooked regularly during our visit, so clearing up took significantly more time than we would have liked, but once Isabella was made aware, she did not hesitate to get it seen to as soon as possible. Unfortunately it could not be repaired during our visit but I cannot fault Isabella's reponse to the situation, it was just unfortunate. I would definitely recommend the property; it is clear a lot of thought has gone into the property to make it as comfortable as possible for guest. Thank you.
